    摘要: A disc cartridge of high reliability for protecting an optical disc from a shock generated such as during transport. On the facing inner surfaces of an upper cartridge half 5 and a lower cartridge half 6 is formed an arcuate disc housing wall section 8 in association with the outer periphery of an optical disc 2 for constituting a disc housing section 9. The disc housing wall section 8 is interrupted at four positions 28 on each of which a boss 28 is set upright. A stationary guide having a substantially columnar guide portion and a flange protruded outwardly from upper and lower sides of the guide portion is fitted on the boss to complete a disc guide member. Four such disc guide members 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d are provided for supporting the disc cartridge 1.

    摘要: A fluid deflecting assembly is disclosed primarily for use in an outlet port of an air conditioning unit for controlling the direction of an air flow discharged from the outlet port. The fluid deflecting assembly comprises a tubular body having a flow passage for passing a fluid flow axially therethrough, a nozzle body mounted on the tubular body and having a nozzle disposed downstream of the flow passage in a direction of the fluid flow, a restriction surface extending downstream of the flow passage in surrounding relation to the nozzle, and a guide wall surface extending downstream of the nozzle and flaring radially outwardly from the nozzle in surrounding relation thereto, and a bias flow shield disposed in the flow passage upstream of and radially outwardly of the nozzle for adjustably blocking a portion of a bias fluid flow directed by the restriction surface toward the nozzle. A fluid flow discharged out of the nozzle is deflected by the bias fluid flow as modified by the bias flow shield so as to be attached to the guide wall surface. The discharged fluid flow can be deflected in desired three-dimensional directions through a wide angle by rotating and/or axially moving the bias flow shield.

    摘要: A fluid diverting assembly particularly suited for use as a component for a fluid exit structure of an air-conditioner, which has a passageway through which a fluid medium flows. The passageway includes a nozzle for issuing a fluid stream as the fluid medium passes therethrough, a pair of spaced opposed guide walls having a shape diverging from each other in a direction downstream with respect to the direction of flow of the fluid stream and opening outwardly in a direction away from the nozzle, and a deflecting blade supported in the passageway between the upstream and downstream ends of the nozzle for movement between first and second extreme positions for changing the direction of flow of the fluid stream emerging from the passageway in such a manner as to control mutual interference between one of currents flowing on one side of the deflecting blade and the adjacent guide wall thereby controlling the direction of flow of the fluid stream.

    摘要: A flow deflecting device to be provided in an air outlet of an air conditioning equipment or the like to deflect the flow supplied from a supply source towards any desired direction. The flow deflecting device is internally provided with a flow path for permitting the flow to pass through it, a nozzle disposed at the downstream end of the flow path to issue the flow from it, a control member disposed in the flow path so as to be rotatable and movable in the direction of the flow, and a deflecting member disposed at the downstream side of the nozzle. The angle of inclination of the deflecting member with respect to the control member can be controlled in compliance with the movement of the control member in the direction of the flow in the flow path.
