Said plastic mass can be moulded by heat from the melting temperature. Plastic mass is moulded when it has reached the moulding temperature, the temperature of the moulding part is adjusted to a conversion temperature which is dependent on the type of plastic and which is lower than the melting temperature, and the moulded part is maintained at a conversion temperature for a defined conversion time frame.
