    摘要： A method and terminal apparatus for transmitting a status report comprising a received status of packet data in a mobile communication system are provided, in which whether transmission of an implicit Negative Acknowledge (NACK) signal is required for requesting retransmission of at least one non-received data packet whose sequence number is unidentified is determined, if transmission of the implicit NACK signal is required, the implicit NACK signal including a sequence number of the last packet is generated among successfully received data packets, and a status report including the implicit NACK signal is transmitted to the transmitter, and if transmission of the implicit NACK signal is not required, a status report is transmitted to the transmitter including at least one of an ACK signal comprising a sequence number of a successfully received data packet and an explicit NACK signal comprising a sequence number of a non-received data packet whose sequence number is identified.

The method includes the steps of receiving a control message at a terminal from a radio network controller (RNC); if the control message indicates control of a downlink rate, determining a downlink rate according to the control message; setting a Change Mode Request (CMR) field of an uplink Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) packet according to the downlink rate, and transmitting the uplink VoIP packet from the terminal to the RNC; if the received control message indicates control of an uplink rate, determining an uplink rate according to the control message; and generating an uplink VoIP packet including uplink voice data generated according to the determined uplink rate and frame type (FT) information indicating the determined uplink rate, and transmitting the uplink VoIP packet from the terminal to the RNC.

    摘要： Disclosed is a method and apparatus for transmitting an uplink scheduling request in a mobile communication system. A radio resource controlling node sets a priority for scheduling request retransmission, and cyclically notifies the priority in downlink. A terminal does not retransmit a scheduling request when the highest priority included in the scheduling request to be retransmitted is lower than the lowest priority for scheduling request retransmission. Alternatively, the radio resource controlling node sets scheduling request retransmission cycles (timers) according to priorities, and transmits the cycles in the downlink. The terminal does not retransmit a scheduling request before a cycle (timer) corresponding to the highest priority included in the scheduling request expires after the scheduling request is initially transmitted or retransmitted.

The method includes receiving from a transmission entity performing ARQ, by a reception entity, a status report message including a Non-Acknowledged (NACK) signal for the packet data transmitted to the reception entity, and generating time information of the NACK signal; comparing, by the transmission entity, the generation time information with transmission complete time information for the packet data; and determining whether to retransmit the packet data depending on the comparison result, and performing retransmission of the packet data according to the determination step.

    摘要： Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving additional information through a random access procedure by mapping at least one additional information element to random access codes to be used in a random access procedure between a UE and an ENB in a mobile communication system. According to the method, a random access code selected based on additional information to be transmitted and a triggering cause of the random access procedure is transmitted from the UE to the ENB. Each random access code is differently mapped to at least one additional information element according to a class of a cause for which a corresponding random access procedure is triggered, and the additional information elements are mapped to different ranges of random access codes according to the classes of the cause.
