At least one of the plies of the multi-ply fibrous structure has a plurality of embossments thereon with a total embossment area of from about 3% to about 15%. The embossments may be arranged such that they define non-geometric foreground patterns of unembossed cells.

Void spaces produced by the intersection of the first filament and the second filament are substantially filled by a durable filling component. The durable component adheres to at most one of the first and second filaments.
