摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a crosslinked lignin in particle form using a hydrothermal treatment of a liquid, which is made of black liquor, contains lignin and a crosslinker or a precursor thereof, and has an electrical activity ranging from more than 15 mS/cm, preferably more than 25 mS/cm, to 400 mS/cm, and to the crosslinked lignin produced using the aforementioned method. The invention additionally relates to crosslinked lignin particles which have a glass transition temperature Tg of at least 160° C. or no glass transition temperature and an STSA surface area of at least 10 m2/g and to rubber articles, in particular technical rubber articles or tires, which comprise crosslinked lignin particles as a filler.

摘要: The invention relates to a rubber composition comprising a rubber component that comprises at least one halobutyl rubber selected from the group consisting of bromobutyl rubber and chlorobutyl rubber; and a filler component that comprises at least one filler F1 which has a 14C content in the range of 0.20 to 0.45 Bq/g of carbon; a carbon content in the range of 60 wt. % to 85 wt. % relative to the ash-free and water-free filler; an STSA surface area in the range of 10 m2/g of filler to 50 m2/g of filler; and acidic hydroxyl groups on its surface; and wherein the proportion of halobutyl rubber in the rubber composition is 70 to 100 phr. The invention further relates to a vulcanisable and a vulcanised rubber composition based on the aforementioned rubber composition, a kit of parts for preparing the vulcanisable rubber composition, and methods for preparing the rubber composition and the vulcanisable rubber composition. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for further processing the vulcanisable rubber composition, wherein webs are formed which are suitable, when cut to size, for use as inner liners in a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tyre. The invention also relates to the use of the aforementioned hydrothermally carbonised lignin for the preparation of rubber compositions for inner liners.

摘要: A process for recovering carbonized lignin having a defined grain size distribution from a lignin-containing liquid is provided. The lignin-containing liquid is subjected to a hydrothermal carbonization to convert the lignin into a carbonized lignin and the carbonized lignin is separated from the liquid containing the carbonized lignin. The lignin-containing liquid is subjected to a hydrothermal carbonization at temperatures in the range from about 150° C. to about 280° C. and by adapting the H+ ion concentration in the lignin-containing liquid before and/or during the hydrothermal carbonization the grain size distribution of the carbonized lignin is adjusted.
