摘要: At least one embodiment of the invention describe a product tube applicator contains a hollow elongated tube to hold an applicator ointment, a removable cap, and an abrasive element provided on the elongated tube and/or the removable cap. The abrasive element may be utilized to prepare the epidermal surface of a user before or after applying the ointment, for example to reduce chapped skin before application of ointment. The removable cap may contain an openable cover attached to the top portion of the removable cap that remains attached to the cap and flaps open away from the cap. One or more embodiments disclose the abrasive element located on one or more of the removable cap, the hollow elongated tube, the openable cover of the removable cap, on a removable flap, under the removable flap, on a sliding sleeve and under the sliding sleeve.

摘要: Elastomer masterbatch is processed in a continuous compounder having multiple parallel elongate rotors axially oriented in an elongate processing chamber. Optionally, additional materials are compounded into the masterbatch, e.g., additives, other elastomeric compositions, etc. Preferably, the masterbatch then is further processed in an open mill. Excellent control of Mooney Viscosity is achieved. In certain preferred embodiments, elastomer composites are produced by novel continuous flow methods and apparatus in which fluid streams of particulate filler and elastomer latex are fed to the mixing zone of a coagulum reactor to form a coagulated mixture in semi-confined flow continuously from the mixing zone through a coagulum zone to a discharge end of the reactor. The particulate filler fluid is fed under high pressure to the mixing zone, such as to form a jet stream to entrain elastomer latex fluid sufficiently energetically to substantially completely coagulate the elastomer with the particulate filler prior to the discharge end without need of adding acid or salt solution or other coagulation step. The coagulated elastomer and particulate filler composite is fed into the aforesaid continuous compounder for processing and control of its moisture level and Mooney Viscosity. Novel elastomer composites are produced. Such novel elastomer composites combine material properties and characteristics, such as choice of filler, elastomer, level of filler loading, moisture level, Mooney Viscosity, balance between molecular weight and amount of bound rubber, and macro-dispersion not previously achieved.

摘要: An improved Z-bar linkage for wheel loader machines for maneuvering an implement such as a bucket or pallet forks may include lift arms pivotally connected between an end frame of the machine and the implement, a tilt link pivotally connected between the implement and a tilt lever that is pivotally connected between the tilt link and the lift arms. Lift cylinders may rotate the lift arms to raise and lower the implement, and a tilt cylinder may drive the tilt lever and tilt link to rotate the implement between a dump position and a racked position. Ratios of the lengths of these kinematic elements are provided such that the good performance with one implement, such as bucket, does not result in poor performance with another implement, such as the pallet forks.

摘要: A lactone solvent swell composition and method of using the composition. The lactone swell composition is used to condition resinous material for etching to form a porous textured surface on the resinous material. The porous texture permits the deposition of a metal on the resinous material such that a high integrity bond is formed between the textured resinous material and the deposited metal. Such a bond between the metal and the resinous material prevents de-lamination of the metal and resin bond. The lactone solvent swell compositions also desmear resin material from substrates. The lactone solvent swell compositions may be employed to treat resinous material used in the manufacture of printed wiring boards. Metal may be deposited on the textured resinous material by electroless plating.
