    摘要： A skill-based training system includes a processing system having a processor, memory coupled to the processor with executable instructions stored therein, and an input-output controller coupled to the processor and to input and output devices. The memory includes lesson plans that outline skill-based tasks and activities, and predetermined performance criteria. The processor is configured by the instructions to present interfaces on the output devices simulating a virtual training environment. The processor is configured to receive input signals representative of performing the tasks and activities in the virtual environment, and to evaluate the performance by comparing the performed tasks and activities to the criteria, to determine a score and to present the score on the output devices. The system includes work orders categorized by the lesson plans and defining within an increasing progression of a degree of skill, knowledge, critical thinking and problem solving needed to complete the tasks and activities.

    摘要： A request to cancel feedback pertaining to a transaction in a network-based transaction facility is generated when a user submitting the feedback has not participated in a dispute resolution process or other process of the facility. In another embodiment, a request to cancel such feedback is generated when a user submitting the feedback has been suspended from the facility within a certain time period of that user's initial use of the facility, or indefinitely suspended within a certain time period of leaving the feedback. In yet another embodiment, a user is required to view a tutorial before leaving his first negative or neutral feedback. In another embodiment, a user is presented with an interstitial page reminding him of the effects of leaving negative or neutral feedback.

    摘要： A disc brake assembly for a motor vehicle includes a rotor, a bracket, a pair of brake pads slidably supported by the bracket for movement along a reference axis, and a caliper, also slidably supported by the bracket for movement along the reference axis, bridging the rotor periphery and operative to urge each brake pad into engagement with a respective friction surface of the rotor. A spring clip on the caliper includes a first pair of arms, each resiliently engaging a respective radially-disposed surface on the bracket to thereby releasably secure the spring clip to the caliper. The spring clip also includes a second pair of arms, each resiliently engaging a respective axially-disposed surface on the bracket to urge the outboard portion of the caliper along the reference axis away from the outboard friction surface of the rotor.

    摘要： A fastener driving device includes a housing containing a chamber for storing compressed air a cylinder structure disposed within the housing, a piston movably disposed within the cylinder, a driver connected to the piston, a main valve cooperable with the cylinder structure and movable between an open position and a closed position. The main valve in its open position allows air to move the piston through a drive stroke. The fastener driving device also includes a trigger valve operable between first and second positions. The trigger valve in its first position communicates air pressure from the chamber to the main valve through a signal passageway so as to retain the main valve in a closed position. The trigger valve in its second position allows the air to be exhausted to atmosphere through the signal passageway to permit the main valve to open. The cylinder and the signal passageway comprise an integrally molded structure.
