Abstract: The invention provides a laminated body in which two stretched substrate films containing polypropylene resin as a raw material and one heat sealable layer containing a resin are laminated with an adhesive, wherein at least one of the substrate films has a coating layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer and a layered inorganic compound or an inorganic thin layer on one side of the substrate film, the one heat sealable layer is composed of an olefin resin containing a polypropylene or polyethylene resin as a main constituent component, and the laminated body has a (a) piercing strength of 15 N or more, (b) oxygen permeability of 20 ml/m2·d·MPa or less and water vapor permeability of 2.0 g/m2·d or less, (c) seal strength of 15 N/15 mm or more where the heat sealable layer is sealed at one end and another end, and (d) heat shrinkage rate of 1.8% or less

Abstract: A laminated film containing a coating layer having an inorganic lamellar compound and a polyvinyl-alcohol-based copolymer on at least one face of a substrate film, wherein (a) the substrate film is a stretched film employing propylenic resin, (b) the coating layer is attached thereto in an amount that is 0.10 g/m2 to 0.50 g/m2, (c) a total reflection infrared absorption spectrum of the laminated film is such that a ratio (P1/P2) of a peak intensity (P1) at which there is maximum absorption in a 1040 cm−1±10 cm−1 domain and a peak intensity (P2) at which there is maximum absorption in a 3300 cm−1±10 cm−1 domain is within the range of 3.0 to 25.0, and (d) thermal shrinkage of the laminated film when heated to 150° C.×5 minutes is not greater than 10% in each the MD direction and the TD direction.

Abstract: Provided is a laminated film having a base layer (A) mainly composed of polypropylene-based resin, a surface layer (B) on one surface of the base layer (A), and a surface layer (C) on the other surface, and an inorganic thin film layer further laminated on the surface layer (B) and an organic resin layer (E) in this order, and satisfying the following (a) to (d): (a) a deposition amount of the organic resin layer (E) is 0.10 g/m2 or larger and 0.50 g/m2 or smaller; (b) a Martens hardness when a surface on the organic resin layer side of the laminated film is measured with a test force of 0.1 mN is 248 N/mm2 or less; (c) a haze of the laminated film is 6% or less; and (d) an oxygen permeability of the laminated film in an environment of 23° C. and 65% RH is 10 mL/m2·d·MPa or less.

The laminated film satisfies requirements (a) to (d): (a) the substrate film is a stretched film containing a propylene-based resin; (b) an attached amount of the coating layer is 0.10-0.50 g/m2; (c) in a total reflection infrared absorption spectrum of the laminated film, a ratio (P1/P2) of a peak intensity (P1) having an absorption maximum in a domain of 1040±10 cm−1 to a peak intensity (P2) having an absorption maximum in a domain of 3300±10 cm−1 is within a range of 3.0 to 25.0; and (d) a Martens hardness of a coating layer-side surface of the laminated film measured with a test force of 0.1 mN is 248 N/mm2 or less.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent barrier film that has excellent acid resistance and is inexpensive, and a method for producing the same. A transparent gas barrier film includes a plastic film and an aluminum oxide layer provided on at least one surface of the plastic film, the aluminum oxide layer mainly composed of aluminum oxide. The absorption coefficient of the inorganic oxide layer immediately after vapor-deposition is less than 0.03 nm−1, and the film thickness of the inorganic oxide layer is 6 nm or more and 10 nm or less.
