The substrate polyester film is a biaxially stretched polyester film containing 50% by weight or more of a polyester resin obtained by recycling PET bottles. A content of isophthalic acid, an intrinsic viscosity, a heat shrinkage rate, lamination strength, and thickness unevenness are within predetermined ranges.
