摘要: The invention provides a laminated film which includes a substrate film, and a coating layer including a polyvinyl alcohol-based copolymer and an inorganic lamellar compound on at least one surface of the substrate film. The laminated film satisfies requirements (a) to (d): (a) the substrate film is a stretched film containing a propylene-based resin; (b) an attached amount of the coating layer is 0.10-0.50 g/m2; (c) in a total reflection infrared absorption spectrum of the laminated film, a ratio (P1/P2) of a peak intensity (P1) having an absorption maximum in a domain of 1040±10 cm−1 to a peak intensity (P2) having an absorption maximum in a domain of 3300±10 cm−1 is within a range of 3.0 to 25.0; and (d) a Martens hardness of a coating layer-side surface of the laminated film measured with a test force of 0.1 mN is 248 N/mm2 or less.

摘要: The laminated film comprising a coating layer and an inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a substrate film, wherein the laminated film satisfies the following requirements (a) to (f):
(a) the substrate film contains 50% by weight or more and 95% by weight or less of a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles;
(b) a surface hardness of an inorganic thin film layer surface of the laminated film is 120 N/mm2 or less;
(c) the coating layer contains a resin having an oxazoline group or a carbodiimide group as a constituent component;
(d) a content rate of an isophthalic acid component relative to a total dicarboxylic acid component in a whole polyester resin constituting the substrate film is 0.5 mol % or more and 5.0 mol % or less;
(e) both a coefficient of static friction μs and a coefficient of dynamic friction μd of the inorganic thin film layer surface/an opposite surface of the laminated film are within a range of 0.20 to 0.40; and
(f) an arithmetic average roughness Ra of the laminated film in a 2-μm square range is within a range of 2.0 to 6.0 nm.-

摘要: A laminated film containing a coating layer having an inorganic lamellar compound and a polyvinyl-alcohol-based copolymer on at least one face of a substrate film, wherein (a) the substrate film is a stretched film employing propylenic resin, (b) the coating layer is attached thereto in an amount that is 0.10 g/m2 to 0.50 g/m2, (c) a total reflection infrared absorption spectrum of the laminated film is such that a ratio (P1/P2) of a peak intensity (P1) at which there is maximum absorption in a 1040 cm−1±10 cm−1 domain and a peak intensity (P2) at which there is maximum absorption in a 3300 cm−1±10 cm−1 domain is within the range of 3.0 to 25.0, and (d) thermal shrinkage of the laminated film when heated to 150° C.×5 minutes is not greater than 10% in each the MD direction and the TD direction.

摘要: The present invention provides an environment-responsive laminated film including an inorganic thin film layer and a protective layer in this order on a substrate film layer using a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles. The laminated film has excellent barrier properties and adhesiveness even after a severe wet heat treatment and has less deterioration in appearance of the film even after retorting. The laminated film comprises a substrate film; an inorganic thin film layer on at least one surface of the substrate film; and a protective layer containing a urethane resin on the inorganic thin film layer, wherein (a) the substrate film contains 50% by weight or more of a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles; (b) standard deviation of a haze after retorting the laminated film at 130° C. for 30 minutes is 0.5% or less; and (c) an adhesion amount of the protective layer is 0.5 g/m2 or less.
