    Abstract: Provided is a packaging material formed with resins of types that have low environmental loads, and having necessary performances such as gas barrier properties, heat sealability, and processability required for packaging materials. A packaging material having at least one base film including a polyolefin-based resin as a main component and a heat sealable resin layer, wherein at least one of the base film delaminated from the packaging material has a heating elongation rate at 130° C., measured with a thermomechanical analyzer, of 6% or less both in the MD and TD direction, and the packaging material has an oxygen permeability of 60 ml/m2·d·MPa or less in an environment of 23° C. and 65% RH.

    Abstract: Provided is a laminated film having a base layer (A) mainly composed of polypropylene-based resin, a surface layer (B) on one surface of the base layer (A), and a surface layer (C) on the other surface, and an inorganic thin film layer further laminated on the surface layer (B) and an organic resin layer (E) in this order, and satisfying the following (a) to (d): (a) a deposition amount of the organic resin layer (E) is 0.10 g/m2 or larger and 0.50 g/m2 or smaller; (b) a Martens hardness when a surface on the organic resin layer side of the laminated film is measured with a test force of 0.1 mN is 248 N/mm2 or less; (c) a haze of the laminated film is 6% or less; and (d) an oxygen permeability of the laminated film in an environment of 23° C. and 65% RH is 10 mL/m2·d·MPa or less.

    Abstract: The laminated film comprising a coating layer and an inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a substrate film, wherein the laminated film satisfies the following requirements (a) to (f):



    (a) the substrate film contains 50% by weight or more and 95% by weight or less of a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles;
    (b) a surface hardness of an inorganic thin film layer surface of the laminated film is 120 N/mm2 or less;
    (c) the coating layer contains a resin having an oxazoline group or a carbodiimide group as a constituent component;
    (d) a content rate of an isophthalic acid component relative to a total dicarboxylic acid component in a whole polyester resin constituting the substrate film is 0.5 mol % or more and 5.0 mol % or less;
    (e) both a coefficient of static friction μs and a coefficient of dynamic friction μd of the inorganic thin film layer surface/an opposite surface of the laminated film are within a range of 0.20 to 0.40; and
    (f) an arithmetic average roughness Ra of the laminated film in a 2-μm square range is within a range of 2.0 to 6.0 nm.

    Abstract: The invention provides a laminated body which contains an environmentally friendly recycled material, has a lamination constitution composed of substantially a single resin type mainly composed of polyester and having a low environmental load, and has required performances such as gas barrier properties, sealability, toughness, and transparency required for a packaging material.
    The laminated body is formed by laminating a polyester substrate film containing 50% by weight or more of a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles and a heat sealable resin layer in this order,
    wherein the substrate film is a laminated film including an inorganic thin film layer (A) and a protective layer (a) containing a urethane resin on one surface thereof, and
    the heat sealable resin layer is formed of a polyester-based resin mainly composed of ethylene terephthalate, and has a piercing strength of 10 N or more and a haze of 20% or less.

    Abstract: A laminated body obtained by laminating a sealant layer on one surface of a laminated film including an inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a substrate film and a protective layer on the inorganic thin film layer, wherein (a) the substrate film contains 10% by weight or less of a polyester resin recycled from PET bottles; (b) the protective layer of the laminated film contains a urethane resin, and surface free energy of a surface of the protective layer is 45 to 60 mN/m; (c) the laminated body has a lamination strength of 1.5 N/15 mm or more, and a lamination strength of 1.0 N/15 mm or less after being immersed in 1-methoxy-2-propanol at 40° C. for 72 hours; and (d) the laminated body has a lamination strength of 1.5 N/15 mm or more after a boiling sterilization treatment at 90° C. for 30 minutes.
