Abstract: A polyolefin-based resin film containing (a) 90 to 97 parts by weight of at least one polyolefin-based resin selected from a propylene-ethylene block copolymer and a propylene-α olefin random copolymer and (b) 3 to 10 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer, wherein the propylene-α olefin random copolymer is present in an amount of 0 to 50% by weight relative to the total amount of the propylene-ethylene block copolymer and the propylene-α olefin random copolymer, and the polyolefin-based resin film has a thermal shrinkage ratio in a longitudinal direction of 3% or more and 20% or less, a thermal shrinkage ratio in a rectangular direction to a width direction of 1% or less, and a yield stress in the longitudinal direction of 150 MPa or more and 250 MPa or less.

Abstract: Provided is a polyethylene film showing more excellent blocking resistance in unwinding from the film roll state and more excellent blocking resistance between sealants after lamination with a base material, and having transparency and excellent heat sealing property even at low temperatures. A polyethylene film wherein in at least either face, a ratio between an arithmetic mean roughness in a machine direction of film (Ra(MD)), and an arithmetic mean roughness in a direction perpendicular to the machine direction (Ra(TD)) satisfies the following formula (1): 1.2≤Ra(TD)/Ra(MD)≤3.6 (1) (Ra(MD): arithmetic mean roughness [μm] measured in the machine direction of film, and Ra(TD): arithmetic mean roughness [μm] measured in the direction perpendicular to the machine direction of film).

Abstract: The invention provides a polyolefin-based resin film including a polyolefin-based resin composition that includes at least a propylene-α olefin random copolymer, wherein (1) an olefin-based block copolymer is 0 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (2) an olefin-based copolymeric elastomer resin is 0 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (3) a propylene homopolymer is 0 to 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (4) the polyolefin-based resin film exhibits a thermal shrinkage rate of 25% or less in a direction in which the thermal shrinkage rate is larger between a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction; and (5) a planar orientation coefficient ΔP calculated from a refractive index of the polyolefin-based resin film is 0.0100-0.0145.

Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag which is produced from a laminate, which is excellent in straight cut property and which hardly cause a parting, even if the laminate contains a biaxially stretched PBT film having a large distortedness of a molecular orientation axis. The laminate has a biaxially stretched film substrate consisting of a polyester resin composition and a sealant film consisting of a polyolefin resin composition, and has a straight cut property in a longitudinal direction of 5 mm or less. The polyester resin composition contains 60 wt % or more of a polybutylene telephthalate resin, and the polyolefin resin composition contains 40 wt % to 97 wt % of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, 3 wt % to 10 wt % of an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer, and 0 wt % to 50 wt % of an ethylene-αolefin random copolymer.

Abstract: The invention provides a polyolefin-based resin film including a polyolefin-based resin composition that comprises a propylene-α olefin random copolymer, an ethylene-butene copolymeric elastomer, and a propylene-butene copolymeric elastomer, wherein (1) the polyolefin-based resin composition contains 2 to 9 parts by weight of the ethylene-butene copolymeric elastomer and 2 to 9 parts by weight of the propylene-butene copolymeric elastomer based on 100 parts by weight of the propylene-α olefin random copolymer; (2) the polyolefin-based resin film exhibits a thermal shrinkage rate after heating at 120° C. for 30 minutes of 25% or less in a direction in which the thermal shrinkage rate after heating at 120° C. for 30 minutes is larger between a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction of the polyolefin-based resin film; and (3) a planar orientation coefficient ΔP calculated from a refractive index of the polyolefin-based resin film is 0.0100-0.0145.
