    Abstract: A control apparatus for a vehicle, is mounted on an automobile that has a motor for traveling and a power storage apparatus for exchanging electric power with the motor. The control apparatus is configured to execute external charging for charging the power storage apparatus by using electric power from an external power supply, and is configured to perform a route guidance for a planned travel route to a destination. When operation information on a charging spot of the destination is not obtainable and it is predicted that the charging spot of the destination is not usable, it is recommended to execute the external charging at a charging spot around the planned travel route.

    Abstract: A vehicle includes a door, an electric unlocking mechanism that is supplied with electric power from a battery installed in the vehicle and that also electrically unlocks the door, and a physical unlocking mechanism for manually unlocking the door. A control device of the vehicle includes an annunciation circuit that performs annunciation of predetermined information to a user of the vehicle. The annunciation circuit performs annunciation to the user of at least one piece of information of a position of the physical unlocking mechanism, and how to unlock the door by the physical unlocking mechanism, when an amount of charge of the battery is smaller than a predetermined threshold value.

    Abstract: A vehicle controller controls a power train of a vehicle and is configured to switch control of the power train between first control and second control. The second control reduces operating noise of the power train by a greater degree than the first control. The vehicle controller is configured to based on sounds in a passenger compartment, perform mood determination in order to determine whether an occupant of the vehicle is in a state of high tolerance for the operating noise or in a state of low tolerance for the operating noise; control the power train through the first control when determining that the occupant is in the state of high tolerance through the mood determination; and control the power train through the second control when determining that the occupant is in the state of low tolerance through the mood determination.
