摘要: A vehicle control device has a processor configured to set a reference curve speed when a vehicle is traveling on a curved road based on the speed of the vehicle and the curvature radius of the road, determine a target curve speed based on the reference curve speed and a current correction value, count the number of changes the speed of the vehicle has been changed from the target curve speed by driver operation and calculate a new correction value for the reference curve speed based on a correction coefficient determined each time the number of changes has been counted and the amount of change in the speed of the vehicle that has changed from the target curve speed by driver operation, wherein the subsequent target curve speed is determined based on the reference curve speed and the new correction value.

摘要: A vehicle control apparatus selects one of a power-on control and a power-off control for execution of a shift-down action in a transmission of a vehicle, and implements the selected power-on or power-off control. When a running speed of the vehicle is not lower than a predetermined value, the control apparatus selects one of the power-on control and the power-off control, based on a target input torque that is to be inputted to the transmission. When the vehicle running speed is lower than the predetermined value, the control apparatus selects one of the power-on control and the power-off control, based on an actual input torque that is actually inputted to the transmission.

摘要: A control device is provided for a vehicle which includes an electric motor that executes regeneration during deceleration of the vehicle and which performs manned running with at least one occupant in the vehicle and also unmanned running without any occupant in the vehicle. The control device is configured to cause the electric motor to execute the regeneration within a regeneration allowable range, such that the regeneration allowable range for the unmanned running of the vehicle is larger than the regeneration allowable range for the manned running of the vehicle. The regeneration allowable range is defined by, for example, an allowable maximum regenerative torque that is variable depending on a running speed of the vehicle upon the regeneration by the electric motor.

摘要: A control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle provided with an engine, a differential mechanism having a first rotary element to which the engine is operatively connected, a second rotary element to which a first motor/generator is operatively connected, and a third rotary element to which an intermediate power transmitting member is connected, a second motor/generator operatively connected to the intermediate power transmitting member, and an automatic transmission which constitutes a part of a power transmitting path between the intermediate power transmitting member and drive wheels and in which a shifting action is performed by selective engagement of a plurality of coupling devices, the control apparatus comprising: a hybrid control portion for controlling an output torque of the first motor/generator and an output torque of the second motor/generator during the shifting action of the automatic transmission on the basis of an output torque of the engine and a transmitted torque of the coupling devices, such that an angular acceleration value of the second motor/generator and an angular acceleration value of the engine coincide with respective target values; a limited state determining portion for determining whether the output torque of the first motor/generator is in a limited state of being limited lower than a predetermined load capable of ensuring a shift-progressing torque necessary for progress of a power-on shift-down action of the automatic transmission; and an output limiting portion for limiting the output torque of the engine to a predetermined torque or less if the output torque of the first motor/generator is in the limited state during the power-on shift-down action of the automatic transmission.

摘要: A control system of a power transmission system of a vehicle is provided. The power transmission system includes an electric motor for running the vehicle, and a mechanical speed change mechanism. The control system includes an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to: perform regeneration control of the electric motor for running the vehicle during coasting of the vehicle, such that regenerative torque of the electric motor for running the vehicle provides regenerative torque produced according to braking operation; perform shift control of the mechanical speed change mechanism according to a predetermined relationship; determine whether a rate of change of the regenerative torque is within a predetermined range; and when a downshift of the mechanical speed change mechanism is determined during coasting, execute the downshift under a condition that the rate of change of the regenerative torque is within the predetermined range.

摘要: A hybrid vehicle is equipped with an engine that is connected to a power split mechanism, a generator, an electric motor, and also a stepped transmission that is arranged between the electric motor and a drive shaft. An electronic control unit (an ECU) with which this hybrid vehicle is equipped revises a down line downward to make a downshift likely to occur when at least one of a prescribed generator condition and a prescribed electric motor condition is fulfilled. The generator condition includes that the temperature of the generator is equal to or higher than a first reference temperature and that an absolute value of a rotational speed of the generator decreases due to the making of the downshift. The electric motor condition includes that the temperature of the electric motor is equal to or higher than a third reference temperature.

The control system selects the motor-drive mode from a single motor-mode where a vehicle is powered by any one of the rotary devices, and a dual motor-mode where the vehicle is powered by both rotary devices. The driving force control system is configured to select the single-motor mode rather than the dual-motor mode, provided that an increment of an energy consumption to establish the dual-motor mode is larger than a decrement of the energy consumption to be achieved by the dual-moor mode, under a driving condition where a required driving force can be achieved by either the single-motor mode or the dual-motor mode.
