Abstract: A vehicle-mounted apparatus according to one aspect of the present disclosure receives an utterance-based inquiry of a passenger in a vehicle, and identifies the passenger that is an utterer of the received inquiry. The vehicle-mounted apparatus selects, in accordance with a result of the identification of the passenger, an output device serving as a destination to which a response to the inquiry is to be output. Then, the vehicle-mounted apparatus outputs the response to the inquiry to the selected output device.
