摘要: A fuel cell module includes a fuel cell and a case housing the fuel cell. The fuel cell includes a cell stack and a pressure plate arranged at an outermost position of a stacking direction relative to the cell stack. The case includes a cover section that faces the pressure plate and covers the pressure plate while the fuel cell is housed in the case. The cover section includes a pin housing portion having a through hole and a pin placed in the through hole with which the pressure plate is pressed. The pin housing portion has a thick part thicker than a thin part that is at least a part of the cover section continuous with the pin housing portion. The thick part is formed in an inward direction of the case.

A rib is provided on an upper surface of the frame. A water reservoir portion is provided in the bottom of the fuel cell system case so that the water reservoir portion is a concave in an inner side of the fuel cell system case and is a convex in the outside of the fuel cell system case. The water reservoir portion is located at a position at which at least a part of the convex vertically overlaps with the rib.

A thermal expansion coefficient of the cover portion is larger than a thermal expansion coefficient of the fastening member.

摘要: A fuel cell device includes a fuel cell body, a case and a pin having one end contacting a part of the fuel cell body. A through hole is formed in the case. The through hole penetrates the case from the outside to the inside. The pin is inserted in the through hole and provided with a sealing member formed on at least a part of an outer circumferential surface. The through hole has a constant inner diameter from a position inside the case to a border with the outside. In the through hole, an inner diameter between a portion of the constant inner diameter and the border with the outside is larger than the constant inner diameter. The pin has an opposite end located inside the through hole in a portion from an end of the portion of the constant inner diameter to the border with the outside.

The vehicle-side stack frame is built over a range from an end plate side to the other end side of the cell stack in the stacking direction of the fuel-cell unit cells in an occupation area occupied by the fuel cell in the mounting posture in the vehicle underfloor region. In a region where it is assumed that external force can reach the occupation area in the vicinity of the end plate, the vehicle-side stack frame has a shortest distance to the end plate that is smaller than a shortest distance to any other members in the vicinity of the end plate.

摘要: A fuel cell vehicle has a front compartment accommodating a hydrogen pump provided to a pipe through which fuel gas is supplied, and a gas-liquid separator that is fastened to the hydrogen pump and removes water from the fuel gas flowing through the pipe, the gas-liquid separator having an end portion on a backward side in a travelling direction arranged more on the backward side than an end portion of the hydrogen pump on the backward side in the travelling direction. A fastening portion, at which the hydrogen pump and the gas-liquid separator are fastened to each other, has a center of gravity CGLS shifted from a center of gravity CHP of the hydrogen pump in a width direction of the fuel cell vehicle, in the fuel cell vehicle as viewed in a vertical direction.
