    摘要: A computer system with integrated cable is disclosed. The computer system includes a circuit board module, at least one electronic device and an integrated cable. The circuit board module includes a first connector, and the integrated cable is electrically connecting with the circuit board module and the electronic device. The integrated cable includes a second connector electrically connected to the first connector and a body electrically connected to the electronic device. The body integrates at least one power cable and at least one signal cable electrically connected to the second connector, and has a tearing structure formed between the power cable and the signal cable to allow an easy separation of the power cable and the signal cable. With such, meanwhile, entwining of unused power cables or signal cables is effectively avoided.

    摘要: A microfluidic chip for three-dimensional cell culture with high-throughput perfusion includes an array of cell culture units, each unit including a cell culture medium inlet hole connecting to one cell culture medium tank, at least one micro-bioreactor, at least one microchannel and at least one medium collection and analysis tank. Each medium collection and analysis tank is connected to an air chamber with an air channel and the air chamber has negative pressure source holes to generate negative pressure to drive the culture medium. The microfluidic chip also includes an intermediate plate connected to the bottom surface of the roof, and two bottom plates detachably assembled at the bottom of the intermediate plate. The first and second bottom surfaces have micro-bioreactors and cylindrical recessed slots and the intermediate plate has corresponding holes to achieve the goal of three-dimensional cell culture using minimum experimental resources with high-throughput perfusion.

    摘要: This invention provides a system and method for correcting gate-level simulation commences by identifying unknown values (Xs) that are falsely generated during the simulation of a given trace for a design netlist. Then, a sub-circuit of the design netlist is determined for each false X that has inputs of real Xs and an output of a false X. Finally, simulation correction code is generated based on the sub-circuit to eliminate false Xs in simulation of the design netlist. The original design netlist can then be resimulated with the simulation repair code to eliminate false Xs. This allows gate-level simulation to produce correct results.

    摘要: An apparatus for high-throughput cell culture with mechanical compression stimulation includes a cell culture vessel and a fluid pressure supply unit. The cell culture vessel includes at least one culture chamber, at least one pressure chamber disposed above the culture chamber, a membrane disposed between the culture chamber and the pressure chamber, and at least one pressurizing member that projects downwardly from the membrane into the culture chamber. The fluid pressure supply unit is connected fluidly to the pressure chamber, and has a fluid pressure supply device to supply a pressurized fluid to the pressure chamber so as to deform the membrane and move the pressurizing member, and a control device that is adapted to vary a pressure of the pressurized fluid in the pressure chamber.
