    摘要: A selective surface treatment method using a block copolymer, a black matrix and a method of manufacturing the same, and a nozzle plate and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. According to the method of manufacturing a nozzle plate, a block copolymer layer including an ink-phobic polymer block and an ink-philic polymer block may be formed on a stamp, a substrate having nozzles formed therein and an ink-philic coating film formed on an outer surface of the substrate and inner walls of the nozzles may be prepared, and the block copolymer layer formed on the stamp may be transferred onto an upper surface of the ink-philic coating film formed on the outer surface of the substrate.

The method includes partially inkjet printing a material for forming the pattern on a surface of the substrate using an inkjet head, and forming a predetermined pattern by imprinting the inkjet printed material on the surface of the substrate using an imprint mold. The method also includes partially inkjet printing a material for forming the pattern in an imprint mold using an inkjet head, and forming a predetermined pattern by imprinting the material on a surface of the substrate using the imprint mold. During the partial inkjet printing, at least two materials that are different from each other are inkjet printed on different locations of the surface of the substrate.

    摘要: An inkjet printhead having a cantilever actuator, the inkjet printhead including a plurality of ink chambers containing ink to be ejected; a manifold containing ink to be supplied to the plurality of ink chambers; a plurality of restrictors supplying ink to the plurality of ink chambers from the manifold; a plurality of nozzles ejecting ink from the plurality of ink chambers; and a plurality of cantilever actuators each installed in each of the plurality of ink chambers and having one fixed end and the other deflectable end, such that pressure for ejection of ink is applied due to the deflection of the other end of the cantilever actuator to the ink inside the ink chamber. The cantilever actuator may be made of a bimorph element, eject ink through the nozzle from the ink chamber, and also prevent backflow of ink from the ink chamber to the restrictor by virtue of the deflection of the other end thereof. Since the cantilever actuator can have a greater displacement and can prevent backflow of ink, the size of the ink chamber needed to eject ink droplets of uniform volume can be reduced, and thus the number of channels per inch (CPI) of the inkjet printhead can be increased.
