    摘要: A circuit for separating a luminance signal and a chrominance signal having the first, second, third, and fourth 1H delay lines each connected in series, a first comb filter including the first and second 1H delay lines, a second comb filter including the second and third 1H delay lines, a third comb filter including the third and fourth 1H delay lines, a first subtraction circuit for achieving a subtraction on an input signal to the first 1H delay line and an output signal from the second 1H delay line, a second subtraction circuit for achieving a subtraction on an input signal to the second 1H delay line and an output signal from the third 1H delay line, a third subtraction circuit for achieving a subtraction on an input signal to the third 1H delay line and an output signal from the fourth 1H delay line, and a minimum value detecting circuit connected to the first, second, and third subtraction circuits for detecting the minimum value from the subtraction results. This circuit selects by use of a switch an output signal from the comb filter for which the minimum subtraction result is detected by the minimum value detecting circuit and then outputs the selected signal. This circuit can appropriately separate the luminance and chrominance signals even in a case where the video signal includes a contour section.

    摘要: A video signal processing circuit for producing a still image picture which can be reduced memory capacity. A digital video signal is divided into higher-significant bit and lower-significant bit which are stored in separate addresses of a memory device. The higher-significant bit data is written in the first address. The lower-significant bit data and an identification data signal are written in the following addresses when the present higher-significant bit data is the same as former higher-significant bit data written in the previous address. The lower-significant bit data and a higher-significant bit data of 1 bit are written in the following addresses when the present higher-significant bit data is different from the former higher-significant bit data of the previous address. When the data read from the memory device are the higher-significant bit data, they are compared with the previously read higher-significant bit data, and the lower-significant bit data is produced in a certain value and then the produced lower-significant bit data and the higher-significant bit data read from the memory device are combined to be outputted as a complete video signal. When the data read from the memory device is a lower-significant bit data, the latest higher-significant bit data stored in the previous address is combined with the read lower-significant bit data to be produced as a complete video signal.

    摘要: A video signal processing circuit capable of reproducing a still picture signal from a color video signal comprises a luminance signal/chrominance signal separation circuit of a motion adaptive type, a scanning line interpolation circuit of a motion adaptive type connected with the separation circuit, a first memory connected with the separation circuit to store therein the output of the separation circuit, a second memory connected with the interpolation circuit to store therein the output of the interpolation circuit and a switching circuit for delivering therethrough the outputs of said first and second memories as a first output signal alternately and for delivering therethrough the outputs of said second and first memories as a second output signal alternately, the alternation for the delivery by the switching circuit being effected at a frequency identical with the field frequency of the video signal.

    摘要: According to the present invention, the amount of usage of a heat conductive member for fixing a self-luminous flat display panel to a metallic chassis member disposed at the back of the display panel is reduced in the thickness direction as well as in the surface direction. The invention further provides a technique for efficiently radiating heat from the display panel, suppressing cost increase. To this end, in the invention, the heat conductive member is a hot-melt adhesive having adhesion at room temperature and filled with a heat conduction imparting agent, and the display panel is fixed to the chassis member by a plurality of heat conducting sections of the heat conductive member formed discretely ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 mm in thickness.

A pulse width of the pulse signal is set to be longer in accordance with the extended non-display period.
