The method for controlling the temperature of the edible dough during a kneading step includes a step of kneading the edible dough. During the kneading of the edible dough, the method includes a step of introducing a predetermined amount of gas having a predetermined temperature and a predetermined humidity into a mixer. It is preferable that the gas for controlling the temperature of the edible dough has been prepared and kept in advance at a predetermined temperature and humidity, and is then introduced into the mixer on demand. It is also preferable that the gas is circulated and re-used without being discharged out of a system in which the mixer operates.

    摘要: The invention relates to an oscillating ultrasonic probe that comprises a group of piezoelectric elements consisting of a plurality of narrow card-shaped piezoelectric elements arrayed in a long-axis direction and connecting wires such as a flexible substrate which are connected electrically to those piezoelectric elements and which extends outward from at least one end side in a short-axis direction; a rotational mechanism portion that causes the group of piezoelectric elements to rotate and oscillate to left and right in the short-axis direction about the center of the long-axis direction; a reference position detection sensor that detects a reference position in the short-axis direction of the group of piezoelectric elements; and a control shaft and a stepping motor linked to the reference position detection sensor and driving the rotational mechanism portion; wherein an optical rotary plate for the reference position sensor, which has a boundary region between a light-blocking portion and a light-transmitting portion, is linked to the control shaft; a light-blocking portion and a light-transmitting portion are formed sequentially at a predetermined angle in mutually opposite directions from the center of the optical rotary plate, with reference to a boundary region, and also the optical rotary plate rotates no further than a predetermined angle with reference to the boundary region. This configuration simplifies the mechanism for detecting the rotational angle of the group of piezoelectric elements, simplifies the detection of the reference position, and prevents damage to the flexible substrate.

As a result, there is provided a short axis oscillating ultrasonic probe that reduces operation processes in manufacturing the probe while achieving reliable sealing as well as absorption of unwanted ultrasonic waves, and that reduces the weight of the probe while achieving an excellent level of operability during diagnosis.

This ensures that the generation of metallic noise is suppressed, thus removing a source of discomfort, particularly to patients.

    摘要: The invention is constructed such that, in an ultrasonic probe in which a peripheral side face of a piezoelectric plate is covered with a shielding case, and an acoustic matching layer is provided on an ultrasonic wave transmission reception face including the piezoelectric plate and the shielding case, there is provided a voltage proof material on a tip side of the shielding case including at least an aperture end face. Moreover, the piezoelectric plate may be a divided type ultrasonic probe which is divided into two by a shielding plate, and the voltage proof material is provided on the tip side of the shielding plate including the end face. The voltage proof material may be a polyimide tape. As a result, it is possible to provide an ultrasonic probe which has a shielding function, and in which destruction of the acoustic matching layer caused by the applied voltage is prevented. Thus, excellent voltage endurance is maintained.

    摘要: In an ultrasonic probe of the present invention, a probe main body that comprises a flat shaped piezoelectric element group having a plurality of strip shaped piezoelectric elements arranged in a line in the major axis direction, which is the crosswise direction of the piezoelectric elements, is formed and housed within a container main body and sealed therein with a cover. The ultrasonic probe is characterized in that, in order to mechanically and linearly scan the probe main body in the minor axis direction, which is the lengthwise direction of the piezoelectric elements, the probe main body is linearly reciprocated and mechanically scanned in the minor axis direction, by an endless belt that is driven by a drive source via another endless belt linearly in the minor axis direction, while being guided by a pair of linear guides. As a result, sufficient movement stroke of the probe main body in the minor axis direction can be ensured, and by means of a movement mechanism comprising the endless belt, the probe main body can be reciprocated in the minor axis direction to the fullest extent between the inner walls of a sealed container.
