    摘要: This invention provides a production method of Nb3Al superconducting multifilamentary wire based on rapid-heating, quenching and transformation method, capable of producing a high-performance Nb3Al superconducting multifilamentary wire by improving critical temperature thereof, upper critical field and critical current density. Upon a first stage heat treatment of beating a composite, in which bcc phase Nb—Al supersaturated solid solution is dispersed in Nb matrix, the bcc phase Nb—Al supersaturated solid solution ordered in temperature rise process is made disordered at an initial phase thereof and a non-reacting portion located adjacent is heated using a reaction heat generated when transforming this disordered bcc phase to A15 phase. Then, disordering of the bcc phase is promoted while propagating a high-temperature transformation region so as to automatically progress high-temperature beat treatment. As a result, a reaction-transformation is caused to block stacking fault from being generated in the A15 phase and crystal grain from being coarse and then, a second stage heat treatment for improving a long range ordering of the A15 phase is carried out.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a fine multifilamentary Nb-Ti based superconducting wire was disclosed, which comprises a first step of processing an alloy consisting essentially of 10 to 50 atomic % of niobium, 40 to 75 atomic % of titanium and no higher than 30 atomic % of least one element selected from a group consisting of hafnium, tantalum and tungsten to form an alloy wire, a second step of covering said alloy wire with a stabilizer, cold drawing the resultant wire, bundling a plurality of stabilizer-clad wires thus obtained, covering the bundle of wires with a stabilizer, and extruding and cold drawing the resultant bundled wire to thereby form a multifilamentary wire, and a third step of thermally treating the resultant multifilamentary wire at a temperature of 250.degree. to 600.degree. C. and drawing the resultant treated multifilamentary wire to a reduction rate of 30 to 99.9%. The third step is carried out more than once.

    摘要: A vehicular alternator includes a stator, a rotor, and a housing. The stator has a stator core with a plurality of slots, and a stator coil passing through the slots. The stator coil is constructed of a plurality of electric conductors. Each electric conductor has insert portions located in the slot and a connecting portion connecting the insert portions axially outside of the stator core. The connecting portion has a first curve portion and a second curve portion. The first curve portion is located adjacent to an outer diameter of the stator core and the second curve portion is located adjacent to an inner diameter of the stator core. The first curve portion has curvature larger than that of the second curve portion.
