摘要: A synchronous control system for a pair of spindles of a machine tool including a master spindle and a slave spindle. Current positions of the main spindles are detected, and a deviation between the detected current positions is calculated. In case the deviation is within 180 degrees, the current position of one of the main spindles which precedes in the forward direction of rotation is determined as a target position for positioning. In case the deviation is greater than 180 degrees, the detected current position of the master spindle or the slave spindle is offset by an amount equal to an integral number of times 180 degrees so that the deviation between current positions of the main spindles after such offset is within 180 degrees. Then, that one of the current position of the main spindle thus offset and the current position of the other main spindle not offset which precedes in the forward direction of rotation is determined as a common target position for positioning. When a positioning instruction is provided by an operator, the main spindle which follows in the forward direction of rotation is controlled so that the position of rotation of the following main spindle approaches the target position.

摘要: A numerical control apparatus for controlling a machine which includes a movable element and a servomotor for moving the element. The numerical control apparatus includes memory means for storing numerical data representing parameters such as amount and rate of movement of the element. The numerical data are expressed either or both in a first and second system of measurement. Codes are stored in the memory means for some of the numerical data which are expressed in the first system to define basic movements of the element. The numerical control apparatus is settable to be operable for data expressed in either the first or second system of measurement. The numerical data expressed in the second system of measurement are automatically converted into the first system when the numerical control apparatus is set to be operable for data expressed in the second system of measurement.

摘要: A fluid measurement device includes a circuit unit into which a first signal output from a first detection element and a second signal output from a second detection element are input. The circuit unit includes a signal processing part, a state deciding part, and a controller. The controller controls an amount of change that a change of the first signal imparts to the third signal in accordance with a result of decision by the state deciding part that determines that the state of the first signal is not within the predetermined range. The predetermined range is based on the second signal.

摘要: An image formation apparatus may compensate for potential printing irregularities caused by creasing of a print medium by detecting a humidity and determining whether the humidity is equal or above a specified threshold. If so, the image formation apparatus may increase a size of an area in which no image is to be formed at a trailing end of side of the print medium on which an image is to be formed. Increasing the size of the non-image area may include shifting an image formation area (e.g., where the image is to be formed) toward a leading end of the print medium and/or scaling the image and the image formation area to be smaller.
