    摘要: An engine start control system which includes: a switch for turning on/off power supply to a starter of an engine; a sensor for sensing a crank angle of the engine; an engine status judgment unit which determines whether or not the engine is in a cranking state based on the crank angle sensed by the sensor; and a switch controller by which the switch is controlled to turn off the power supply to the starter, if a predetermined time elapses without the engine status judgment unit judging that the engine is in the cranking state, after the switch has been controlled to turn on the power supply to the starter.

    摘要: A diagnosis apparatus of solenoid drive circuits for an anti-lock braking system. In the diagnosis apparatus, each comparator outputs H-level signal to each counter in reply to the turning-on of a solenoid of a solenoid valve to reset and start the counter. When the counter counts a predetermined time TI, the counter outputs a carry signal to an OR gate and a diagnosis decision circuit where AND operation of two pairs of the outputs of the counters by each brake hydraulic unit is executed and OR operation of the outputs of the AND elements is execute. A select circuit receives a check signal indicative of a diagnosis executing mode and outputs the diagnosis result to a microcomputer for ABS control. Therefore, the diagnosis is collectively executed to all brake hydraulic systems without degrading the drivability of the vehicle.

    摘要: A vehicle speed control system is installed to a vehicle equipped with an engine and a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The vehicle control system is comprised of a controller arranged to execute a vehicle speed control, to suspend the vehicle speed control when a throttle opening is increased to be greater than a target throttle opening for the vehicle speed control and to restart the suspended vehicle speed control when the throttle opening becomes smaller than the target throttle opening. Further, the controller is arranged to decrease the throttle opening and to execute a shift down of the CVT when the vehicle speed at the moment of restarting the vehicle speed control is greater than or equal to the target vehicle speed. Therefore, this vehicle speed control system can quickly and smoothly decelerate the vehicle without generating shift shocks when the vehicle speed control is restarted.

    摘要: A vehicle speed control system is adapted to a vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission with a torque converter. The vehicle speed control system detects whether the automatic transmission is put in a lock-up condition, and corrects a command drive torque according to the lock-up condition of the automatic transmission. Particularly, the vehicle speed control system decreases a correction quantity of the command drive torque when the automatic transmission is put in the un-lockup condition. Therefore, the vehicle speed control system can adapt its response characteristic to a controlled system response characteristic which varies according to the lock-up condition of the transmission.
