The first high frequency induction heating coil and the second high frequency induction heating coil are positioned to sandwich the galvanized steel sheet and the aluminum alloy sheet at predetermined distances from the sheets, respectively. By this method, it is possible to reduce a time for bonding the galvanized steel sheet and the aluminum alloy sheet and to ensure sufficient bonding strength between the sheets.

摘要: A friction pad for braking cooperates with a support member, which receives a brake torque produced in the friction pad, in forming a recess and projection fitting portion. A pad clip is interposed between the friction pad and the support member to thereby be able to reduce the sliding resistance of the friction pad. An anchor piece, which extends downwardly from a U-shaped portion of the pad clip, is inclined and disposed in such a manner that a pad contact portion, which serves as a contact portion between the anchor piece and friction pad is situated more outwardly in the rotor diameter direction than a support contact portion serving as a contact portion between the anchor piece and the support member. Due to such arrangement of the anchor piece, the energizing actions of the anchor piece and rotor diameter direction pressing portion with the support member contact portion as the fulcrum thereof can restrict the movement of the friction pad to thereby prevent generation of a rattling noise.

摘要: During melting and jointing members 2, 3 to weld the members by applying a laser beam 5 to the members while supplying a filler wire 13 to the locally heated portion of the members, welding plasma intensities are measured by sensors 8, 9 from both sides of the locally heated portion with reference to an advancing direction of welding. When the welding plasma intensities measured from both sides of the locally heated portion are largely different from each other, the relative deviation between the laser beam 5 and the filler wire 13 is large, so that a good welding may be difficult to be carried out. Based on this recognitions, the relative position between the laser beam 5 and the filler wire 13 is corrected during welding to prevent occurrence of weld inferiority, so that the occurrence of weld inferiority due to the relative deviation between the the laser beam 5 and the filler wire 13 can be effectively prevented, thereby scrapped inferior members can be decreased providing a reduction of costs of materials and an improvement of weld efficiency.

摘要: In a method for determining a quality of welding at a weld between working material pieces, an emission intensity of a visible light emitted from the weld during a laser welding using a laser device emitting a laser having a wavelength falling in a range of the wavelengths of near infra-red rays is detected, a first detection signal indicating the light emission intensity of the visible light is outputted, an intensity of a reflected light of the laser from the weld during the laser welding is detected, a second detection signal indicating the light intensity of the reflected light is outputted, frequencies of the first and second detection signals are analyzed and a determination is made whether a result of the laser welding falls in a favorable range of welding and an identification of a cause of welding failure of the weld if the determination that the result of the laser welding falls out of the favorable range is made on the basis of signal intensities of a first frequency component of each of the first and second detection signals lower than an arbitrary frequency in a range from 50 Hz to 200 Hz and of a second frequency component of each of the first and second detection signals higher than the arbitrary frequency.
