    摘要: A chipping resistant polyurethane coating composition which comprises:(a) a polyisocyanate blocked with an oxime or a lactam or a polyurethane prepolymer having terminal isocyanate groups blocked with an oxime or a lactam;(b) a polyaminepolyetherpolyester which is a condensate of a polyaminepolyether and an organic carboxylic acid, the polyaminepolyether being an adduct of an oxirane compound to a polyamine compound, a polyamidepolyamineopolyether which is an adduct of an oxirane compound to a polyamidepolyamine, the polyamidepolyamine being a condensate of a polyamine and an organic carboxylic acid; or a mixture of the polyaminepoly-etherpolyester and the polyamidepolyaminepolyether.The composition in which an aromatic polyisocyanate or its prepolymer blocked with an oxime is curable at temperatures of about 90.degree.-100.degree. C.

    摘要: An oil suppressing structure in an air drying device for removing oil which rises in an interior of the air drying device used in a vehicle compressed air brake system includes an outer case 21, a drying case 22 in an interior of the outer case 21, a base plate 23 fixed to a lower end portion 21a of the outer case 21, and an outer cover 24 fixed to a lower end portion 21a of the base plate 23. The drying case 22 has a large-diameter long cylindrical body portion 22A and a small-diameter long cylindrical body portion 22B. A particulate desiccating agent 25 is filled in an interior of the large-diameter cylindrical body portion 22A. An oil adsorbing material 27 is inserted in a space S3 between an inner wall of the outer case 21 and the small-diameter long cylindrical body portion 22B of the drying case 22.

    摘要: Disclosed is a vehicle compressed air supply device, comprising pressure maintenance valves for service brakes, which are positioned between a junction chamber and compressed air channels for primary brakes; a pressure maintenance valve for the parking brake, which is positioned between the junction chamber and a compressed air channel for the parking brake; and a pressure maintenance valve, positioned on a supply path that connects the pressure maintenance valve for the parking, brake with the junction chamber, and which is closed until the pressure of the compressed air that is supplied to the compressed air channels for the primary brakes reaches a prescribed pressure value. The pressure maintenance valve has the same structure as the pressure maintenance valves for service brakes and the pressure maintenance valve for the parking brake.

    摘要: An air dryer includes a supporting base, a drying agent container, and an outer cover. The supporting base includes an inlet for receiving compressed air to be subject to a drying process and an outlet for delivering the processed compressed air that has undergone the drying process. The drying agent container is a container supported on the supporting base, contains a drying agent in the interior, and enables the drying process to be performed by passing the compressed air from the inlet through the drying agent. The outer cover surrounds the outer side of the drying agent container on the supporting base and defines a chamber for storing the compressed air between itself and the drying agent container. The supporting base includes first and second mounting surfaces, which are oriented in different directions, and a plurality of inlets, which are oriented in different directions and receive the compressed air.

A first slope is formed at an intermediate position between an extremity of a rising piece and a bottom of an external cover, and a left vertical wall is formed. A right vertical wall is formed opposite the left vertical wall. A top face is formed between the left vertical wall and the right vertical wall. An indentation is defined by the left vertical wall, the right vertical wall, and the top face. A sealing member is fitted into the indentation. A circular-arc portion is formed at a lower end of the right vertical wall. A second slope is formed in an extending manner at a predetermined height from a lower end face that is an intermediate position on a height of the external cover.

    摘要: The operation of an air compressor is controlled to control engine performance to thereby improve the performance of the vehicle. A compressor (4) driven by an engine (3) of a vehicle and supplying compressed air to loads (51-54) is controlled by an ECU (2). A loaded state and an unloaded state of the compressor (4) are switched between each other according to the requirements from the loads (51-54). When the vehicle requires braking force, the compressor (4) is set to the loaded state irrespective of the requirements from the loads (51-54).
