    摘要: A refractory composition which is suitable for forming a sliding gate to be used at the bottom of a ladle or tundish is provided. The refractory composition comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of an alumina-magnesia spinel material containing 40 to 70% by weight of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, 25 to 60% by weight of MgO and 10% or less of impurities, and 70 to 90 parts by weight of a magnesia material containing at least 90% by weight of MgO, wherein the composition contains 10 to 25% by weight of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and 75 to 90% by weight of MgO. 1 to 10 parts by weight of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 material may be further added together with the alumina-magnesia spinel material and the magnesia material, to form the refractory composition.

    摘要: An ignition coil for an internal combustion engine has a first housing, a second housing, a holder, an insulating resin and a crack extension restrictor. The first housing encloses a center core, a primary coil and a secondary coil. The second housing has an install portion and a cylinder-shaped fitting portion fitted to a top cylindrical portion of the first housing. The holder is laid over top ends of the primary and secondary coils. The insulating resin is charged in an annular cavity defined at least by uppermost portions of the primary and secondary coils, the fitting portion and the holder and in contact with the fitting portion. The crack extension restrictor is formed by a part of the fitting portion and a part of the holder and disposed above the fitting faces of the fitting portion and the top end portion.

    摘要: In a stick coil, there is disclosed an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine which can prevent a crack (a collar leak) from being generated due to a thermal stress. In this ignition coil, the structure is made such that a size (L) of a portion which is in parallel to an axial direction of a primary spool (121) in a projection portion (121b) is larger than a size (T) of a portion which is in parallel to an orthogonal direction to the axial direction of the primary spool (121). Accordingly, a frontal projected area of the projection portion (121b) as seen from a flowing direction of a resin becomes small, a resin flow is hard to get out of order at a time when the resin flows through a portion corresponding to the projection portion (121b) at the forming time, and a convoluted void and a weld are hard to be generated. Accordingly, since it is possible to prevent a mechanical strength in a root portion of the projection portion (121b) from being reduced, it is possible to previously prevent a crack from being generated in the root portion of the projection portion (the collar portion) (121b) due to a thermal stress so as to reduce an insulating property.
