    摘要: The electric junction box includes a casing 20-23 and a plurality of busbar conductors 30 accommodated in the casing, each of which consists of an insulating substrate 31 and a plurality of busbars 32 with upright tabs 33 arranged face-to-face on the substrate 31. The busbar conductors 30 are accommodated in at least two blocks A1 and A2 in the casing and wires 40 are provided for electrically connecting desired busbars 32 in different and/or the same block. The above construction allows a circuit-change to be made with ease and unnecessary circuits to be precluded. The overall weight and production costs of busbar conductors and thus the junction box are reduced.

    摘要: The present invention provides a wiring method and apparatus to wire two wiring board assemblies, each of which comprises: an insulating substrate; and a plurality of pressure terminals or busbars secured to the substrate, each having a press-connection portion formed with a slot. Wire connection is made by pressing the wires into the slots of the pressure terminals. The process of wiring is as follows. With two or more pairs of front and rear wire laying heads arranged on a wire laying plate that holds the insulating substrate, (a) a plurality of wires are parallelly laid between the two wiring board assemblies; (b) each wire is supported at two points of an intermediate portion of the wire to keep both end portions of each wire straight; (c) the wire laying heads are moved in a direction perpendicular to the wire laying direction and the first row wire is positioned on specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies; (d) the first row wire is pressed into the slots and cut; (e) the steps (c) and (d) are repeated to press the second to final row wires into specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies and cut these wires; and (f) the steps (a) to (e) are repeated.

    摘要: An electric connection box includes a pair of upper and lower cases connected together to provide a casing, one of the upper and lower cases having an electrically insulating housing. A wiring assembly is accommodated within the casing and includes an electrically insulating plate and a plurality of bus bars mounted on the insulating plate. External connection terminals are electrically connected to the bus bars and have respective contact portions received within the insulating housing. Each of the external connection terminals includes a base portion, a plurality of contact portions formed on one lateral edge of the base portion, and a bus bar-gripping portion formed on the other lateral edge of said base portion. The base portion is fixed to the case, with the contact portions extending into the housing. When the wiring assembly is covered or enclosed by the covers, the bus bar-gripping portion is press-fitted relative to the bus bar.
