摘要: The present invention provides a wiring method and apparatus to wire two wiring board assemblies, each of which comprises: an insulating substrate; and a plurality of pressure terminals or busbars secured to the substrate, each having a press-connection portion formed with a slot. Wire connection is made by pressing the wires into the slots of the pressure terminals. The process of wiring is as follows. With two or more pairs of front and rear wire laying heads arranged on a wire laying plate that holds the insulating substrate, (a) a plurality of wires are parallelly laid between the two wiring board assemblies; (b) each wire is supported at two points of an intermediate portion of the wire to keep both end portions of each wire straight; (c) the wire laying heads are moved in a direction perpendicular to the wire laying direction and the first row wire is positioned on specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies; (d) the first row wire is pressed into the slots and cut; (e) the steps (c) and (d) are repeated to press the second to final row wires into specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies and cut these wires; and (f) the steps (a) to (e) are repeated.

摘要: An oscillator that can suppress a solder crack caused by a temperature change by a simple structure at low cost and improve heat cycle resistance performance is provided. The oscillator includes an epoxy resin board and an electronic component mounted on the board. Two-terminal electrode patterns are formed on the board, and connected to terminal electrodes of the electronic component by solder. A projection is formed on each of the electrode patterns at a part connected to a corresponding terminal electrode to create a space between the terminal electrode and the electrode pattern, and the solder forms a fillet in the space. This contributes to enhanced adhesion strength of the solder.

摘要: A metal base having plural protrusions at its bottom is engaged with and placed on standing metal pins in plural through holes provided in a base board, and a circuit board is fitted to an upper end of the metal pins. A crystal resonator is arranged on the circuit board via a heater element, and the metal base is covered with a metal cover, thereby obtaining a sealed structure of the crystal resonator. A two-stage counterbored portion including a first-stage and a second-stage counterbored portions is formed in the bottom of the base board, and a solder or conductive resin is filled in a gap between the first-stage counterbored portion formed around the metal pin inserted into the through hole, and the through hole and the metal pin to fix the metal pin in the though hole. Slits penetrating through the base board are formed around the metal pin.

摘要: A short-circuit terminal assembly comprised of two components: a housing and a U-shaped short-circuit terminal. The housing includes a box portion having its one end surface substantially closed and its other end surface opened as an open portion, and further includes a terminal holding portion which projects from the substantially closed end surface toward the opposite end surface so as to halve the hollow inside of the box portion. The U-shaped short-circuit terminal includes a short-circuit bridge portion substantially bent into a U-shape in vertical section, and two pairs of elastic socket portions formed on outsides of opposite leg portions of the bridge portion by curving a pair of projection pieces toward each other on opposite sides of each of the leg portions so as to be formed into each pair of the elastic socket portions. Accordingly, the number of parts of the short-circuit terminal assembly as a whole is reduced so that not only reduction in cost can be attained but also assembling can be performed rapidly.

摘要: The object is to provide a method of connecting covered wires mutually which can solve increasing cost. Each of the covered wires 2, 3 is comprised of a conductor 4, 10 and a cover 5, 11. The covered wires 2, 3 are connected to each other by ultrasonic welding. An ultrasonic welding machine includes a chip and an anvil. The covered wires 2, 3 are placed between the chip and the anvil. The chip is located with the length of its cross section disposed along the length of the other covered wire 3. The chip and the anvil are pushed toward each other and the chip is vibrated. Friction heat is generated between the covered wires 2, 3. The covers 5, 11 are adhered together and the conductors 4, 10 are bonded to each other by ultrasonic welding.
