    摘要: An image processing apparatus can execute appropriate image processing while preventing increase in a capacity of a memory for storing a plurality of pieces of image data of different frequency bands. The image processing apparatus stores first image data having the highest frequency among the plurality of pieces of image data of different frequency bands in a state in which each pixel of the first image data includes a color component signal of any of a plurality of colors, on the memory, and further stores second image data and third image data whose frequency bands are lower than that of the first image data on the memory, in a state in which a part of or all pixels of the second and the third image data have color component signals of a plurality of colors.

In order to perform magnification chromatic aberration correction, high-frequency components, which are lost due to the position shift correction of a color for which position shift correction is carried out, are extracted from a color for which position shift correction is not carried out, and are added to the color for which position shift correction is carried out. Therefore, the high-frequency components are restored in a pseudo manner.

    摘要: An object tracking device that is capable of detecting that an intruding object has entered an image frame of image data where a tracking target object is being tracked. A plurality of sub areas are set in a preceding or current frame target area indicative of a position of the tracking target object in a preceding or current frame of moving image data, and a feature value of each sub area is determined. If the feature value exceeds a first threshold value in at least one of the sub areas and at the same time the number of the at least one of the sub areas does not reach a reference value, it is determined that an intruding object different from the tracking target object has entered an area in which the tracking target object is positioned in the current frame.
