    摘要: A liquid crystal display device using an alignment film of ladder-type organosilicone polymer or cross-linking product of cross-linkable ladder-type organosilicone polymer makes a homogeneous liquid crystal orientation, irrespectively of the kind of the liquid crystal used, never lowers its orientation ability even when fusion-sealing or sealing of the liquid crystal device is made with glass or thermosetting resin, and makes a clear display owing to the alignment film being colorless. The alignment film is insoluble in the liquid crystal used.

    摘要: There is described photosensitive polymer composition and a polyimide film-coated material made by applying the composition to a support, irradiating with ultraviolet and thereafter heating. The photosensitive polymer composition is prepared by adding a sensitizer to a photosensitive polyamide acid intermediate solution which is obtained by reacting in an inert solvent a first compound comprising 100 to 5% by weight of a photosensitive group-containing diamine and 0 to 95% by weight of a diamine having no photosensitive group, with a second compound comprising at least one compound selected from a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and a tricarboxylic acid anhydride monohalide.

An organic electroluminescence display device includes a rectangle element substrate having a display region; and a sealing substrate firmly adhered to the element substrate at a protrusion formed on the periphery thereof, in which a moisture absorbent is formed in a region of a concave surface surrounded by the protrusion so as not to overlap the display region, and the moisture absorbent includes moisture absorbents which are formed of a plurality of linear pattern set each joined to adjacent another moisture absorbents so as to be disposed in parallel with each other, and the crosssections of the moisture absorbents intersecting the longitudinal direction of the moisture absorbents are formed in the shape of a plurality of mounds joined to each other.

    摘要: An OLED display device having a laminate encapsulating structure containing: an OLED substrate having a leading wire and a pixel area which carries a number of OLEDs on a glass substrate; and an encapsulating plate; and a filler filling a space between the OLED substrate and the encapsulating plate, wherein the filler is dispersed with a desiccant and fine metallic partides for improving electroconductivity and thermoconductivity. This structure not only can prevent an inflow of moisture into the OLEDs and secure a mechanical strength of the OLED display device as a flat panel display device, but also accelerate a heat radiation and improves electroconductivity of a conductive layer.

For this purpose, a screen mask is utilized on which opening patterns for the inside and outside surround desiccant patterns A, C and an opening pattern having a narrower opening width than the opening patterns for A and C for forming an internal desiccant pattern are formed. With this configuration, it has been achieved to manufacture a highly reliable organic EL display apparatus in more simplified process.
