摘要： A flicker correction apparatus for correcting a flicker component of an image signal obtained by imaging an object using an imaging device is provided. The apparatus comprises an image average calculation section for calculating an average of the image signal, a flicker frequency calculation section for calculating a flicker frequency, a flicker data extraction section for extracting flicker data using the average of the image signal and the flicker frequency, a flicker determination section for determining the presence or absence of a flicker phenomenon using the flicker data, a flicker correction amount calculation section for calculating a flicker correction amount using the flicker data, and a flicker correction section for removing the flicker component of the image data using the flicker correction amount.

摘要： A method is provided for correcting lightness of an image using a multiscale retinex. Lightness of a subject pixel of an original image is corrected using a convolution operation of a surround function and surround pixels with respect to the subject pixel of the original image, and the convolution operation is performed over a plurality of scales. The surround function has a simplified model such that a value of the surround function is changed in a stepwise way along two axes orthogonal to each other.

摘要： [Problem to be Solved] To suppress problems due to a flow of a primary coolant while easily distributing a flow rate of the primary coolant to fuel assemblies.[Solution] A pressure-loss adjusting member 60 includes: a pressure-loss adjusting hole 62 that can cause light water to pass therethrough in a state with a pressure-loss being increased more than that of when light water flowing around the fuel assembly passes through only a core support plate flow hole formed in a lower core support plate; and a core support plate engaging unit 70 that can be engaged with the lower core support plate by being inserted into the core support plate flow hole. Accordingly, the flow rate of light water flowing toward the fuel assembly can be reduced by arranging the pressure-loss adjusting member 60 between a lower nozzle of a fuel assembly having a small pressure-loss and the lower core support plate, and rattling or the like of the pressure-loss adjusting member 60 can be suppressed by engaging the core support plate engaging unit 70 with the lower core support plate. As a result, problems due to the flow of light water can be suppressed, while easily distributing the flow rate of light water to the fuel assemblies.

摘要： The high speed semiconductor memory includes at least one memory module and a cache controller. The at least one memory module includes a plurality of memory cells for storing data and a cache memory for storing part of the data stored in the plurality of memory cells, The cache controller includes a hit ratio counter for obtaining an average cache hit ratio and a comparator storing a desired threshold hit value and comparing the average cache hit ratio with the desired threshold value. The cache controller determines whether data corresponding to an input address are stored in the cache memory and allows to readout such data from the cache memory, otherwise controlling the read-out of data from the plurality of memory cells for storage in the cache memory so as to update the contents of the cache memory. A request signal for transferring data from the memory cells to the cache memory is generated when the average cache hit ratio is lower than the desired threshold value. The high speed memory further includes a prediction controller for selecting data to be transferred from the memory cells to the cache memory.
