摘要: Lubricating oil supply holes are drilled into a first member that is fitted to a plurality of first annular plates by a spline. Of splines to which each lubricating oil supply hole corresponds, lubricating oil grooves provided in the plurality of first annular plates do not overlap the splines on at least one of the front and rear surfaces of the first annular plates, and therefore lubricating oil flowing out of the lubricating oil supply holes is dispersed in a circumferential direction and flows from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the first annular plates, rather than gathering in each lubricating oil groove and flowing in an outer peripheral direction. As a result, a force generated by an axial lubricating oil flow, which acts in a direction for causing the second annular plates to contact friction materials on the first annular plates, is suppressed, leading to a reduction in drag torque.

摘要: A hybrid drive device having an engine coupling shaft member, a speed change mechanism, a rotating electrical machine, and an engine connecting clutch. A first lubricating oil passage scatters lubricating oil from radially inside to radially outside of first and second friction plates. A first one-way clutch is interposed between an engine coupling shaft member and a coupling member, and is configured to not be engaged when rotation of the engine coupling shaft member becomes lower than rotation of the coupling member. A second one-way clutch is configured not to be engaged when rotation of the rotating electrical machine becomes lower than rotation of the coupling member. An engine driven oil pump generates an oil pressure to be supplied by a driving force of the internal combustion engine or a driving force of the rotating electrical machine regardless of engagement or disengagement of the engine connecting clutch.

摘要: A hybrid drive system includes an input shaft of an automatic transmission, a clutch, an intermediate shaft, and a first gear disposed on a first shaft coaxial with an engine output shaft. An electric motor and a second gear provided on an output shaft of the electric motor are disposed on a second shaft. A rotation of the engine output shaft is transmitted to the input shaft through the clutch and the intermediate shaft, and a rotation of the electric motor is transmitted to the input shaft through the second gear and the first gear. The intermediate shaft is supported by a first support wall through a bearing. The clutch is disposed between the intermediate shaft and the engine output shaft, and a front side of the input shaft is rotatably supported by a second support wall, and connected to a rear side of the intermediate shaft through a spline.

摘要: A friction-plate lubricating device for an automatic transmission that includes a friction engagement element with a plurality of friction plates in which outer friction plates and inner friction plates are alternately disposed; a hub with splines engaged with teeth formed on an inner circumference of the inner friction plates, the hub having the splines on an outer circumference thereof and having uneven portions formed on an inner circumference thereof; and a nozzle that discharges lubricant to the uneven portions. Recesses of the uneven portions serve as oil reservoirs in which the lubricant gathers, and through-holes are formed in bottom surfaces of the recesses. The lubricant discharged from the nozzle is collected in the oil reservoirs formed by the recesses so as to be supplied to the plurality of friction plates of the friction engagement element through the through-holes.

A space formed by the back surface of a piston of a hydraulic actuator, a coupling plate, and a cylinder portion is sealed by a first seal portion and a second seal portion. Oil leaked from a hydraulic oil chamber through the piston is stored in the space, and is returned to a wet space in a case through an oil passage.
