    摘要: A belt type continuously variable transmission is provided with two pulley shafts arranged in parallel a predetermined distance apart from each other, a movable sheave provided on each pulley shaft and being able to slide in an axial direction thereof, a fixed sheave arranged on each pulley shaft so as to face the moveable sheave, the fixed sheave and the movable sheave that face each another on each pulley shaft together forming a groove therebetween, and a belt wound around the grooves. At least one of the movable sheaves and a motor serving as a driving source for the moving sheave are integrally provided.

    摘要: A belt type continuously variable transmission in which a pulley shaft is supported by bearings provided at two positions that are apart from each other in an axial direction of the pulley shaft and a supply oil passage for supplying hydraulic fluid to a pulley hydraulic chamber includes a radial direction oil passage that is formed in the pulley shaft, the radial direction oil passage is formed on an outside of an area between the two positions. Also, one of the bearings is provided near the radial direction oil passage and on an outer surface side of a cylinder member whose inner surface side forms the pulley hydraulic chamber for a movable sheave that is fixed to the pulley shaft. With this structure, concentration of stress on the radial direction oil passage can be avoided, and therefore strength of the pulley shaft can be secured.

    摘要: An automatic transmission control system is equipped with a pressure modulating valve for regulating the engaging pressure to be supplied to frictional engagement elements for setting respective gear stages of the automatic transmission, a signal pressure output valve for providing signal pressure, and a switching valve. The control system further includes a switching valve for switching destinations of signal pressure for setting pressure regulation level between pressure modulating valve and other control valve; an abnormality-detection element for detecting, in gear shift to a gear stage set by the frictional engagement elements engaged on delivery of regulated oil pressure, abnormal regulation of engaging pressure to be delivered to the frictional engagement elements and abnormal operation due to delivery of the signal pressure to the control valve; and gear-shift-inhibition element for inhibiting shift to the gear stage in case that the abnormality-detection element detects at least one of abnormal pressure regulation and the abnormal operation.

    摘要: A hydraulic control system for an automatic transmission to establish a predetermined stage by applying a first frictional engagement element and releasing a second frictional engagement element, comprising: a first hydraulic servo for actuating the first frictional engagement element; a second hydraulic servo for actuating the second frictional engagement element; change-over means for switching the feed of an oil pressure to the first hydraulic servo; signal pressure generating means for generating a signal pressure; and a pressure regulator valve for regulating the pressure to be fed to the second hydraulic servo. The pressure regulator valve includes: a first valve member having a first pressure receiving area to be fed with the signal pressure in one direction; a second valve member arranged coaxially with the first valve member and adapted to come into abutment against the first valve member in the other direction, the second valve member having a second pressure receiving area to be fed with the oil pressure to the first hydraulic servo in the other direction, when the oil pressure is fed by the change-over means; and bias means so disposed at the side of the second valve member axially opposed to the first valve member as to bias the second valve member into abutment against the first valve member.
