Abstract: Disclosed is a hydraulic pressure supply system of a dual clutch transmission for a vehicle in which by independently configuring a low pressure supply route and a high pressure supply route, the hydraulic pressure supply system can enable a low hydraulic pressure that is generated in a hydraulic pump for a low pressure to be supplied to a gear lubrication device and a clutch cooling/lubrication device and enable a low hydraulic pressure that is generated in a hydraulic pump for a high pressure to be supplied to a gear control device and a clutch control device.

Abstract: A fan clutch assembly includes several features. A first feature relates to a lubrication passage that runs through the clutch package and has a return collection passage that extends through the operating piston. As a result, pitot tubes employed behind the piston may not be necessitated. Additionally, an anti-tamper device may be installed on the lead screw body to prevent adjustment of the fan hub and unintentional adjustment of the load carried on various bearings contained within the fan clutch assembly. Additionally, to position the speed sensor appropriately, a transfer shaft is provided that extends from the fan hub and/or lead screw back to the backside where a sensor is provided. This transfer shaft can be adjusted to precisely locate the sensor target relative to the sensor.

Abstract: A rotary-member lubricating structure includes a housing, a baffle portion, a support portion, and a bolt. The baffle portion has a shape conforming to a shape of a rotary member included in a speed-changing mechanism and covers the rotary member to collect or discharge scattered lubricating oil. The baffle portion includes a first partial baffle portion provided on a first side of the rotary member and a second partial baffle portion provided on a second side of the rotary member. The first partial baffle portion has a protrusion protruding radially outward from an outer circumference of the baffle portion and a fastening hole provided in the protrusion and extending through the first partial baffle portion in an axial direction of the rotary member. The second partial baffle portion has a filling portion to fill a recess in the first partial baffle portion provided due to the protrusion.

Abstract: A multi-plate dual clutch for coupling a motor vehicle engine to a drive shaft of a motor vehicle transmission and to an auxiliary power take-off output shaft of the motor vehicle. The dual clutch includes a drive clutch for coupling the motor vehicle engine with the drive shaft, and an auxiliary power take-off clutch for coupling the motor vehicle engine with the auxiliary output shaft. The drive clutch and the auxiliary power take-off clutch can each to be operated independently of one another by a separate lever mechanism. The dual clutch includes a wet chamber housing in which the drive clutch, the auxiliary power take-off clutch, and the respective lever mechanisms are accommodated in fluid-tight relationship.

Abstract: A hybrid drive device having an engine coupling shaft member, a speed change mechanism, a rotating electrical machine, and an engine connecting clutch. A first lubricating oil passage scatters lubricating oil from radially inside to radially outside of first and second friction plates. A first one-way clutch is interposed between an engine coupling shaft member and a coupling member, and is configured to not be engaged when rotation of the engine coupling shaft member becomes lower than rotation of the coupling member. A second one-way clutch is configured not to be engaged when rotation of the rotating electrical machine becomes lower than rotation of the coupling member. An engine driven oil pump generates an oil pressure to be supplied by a driving force of the internal combustion engine or a driving force of the rotating electrical machine regardless of engagement or disengagement of the engine connecting clutch.

Abstract: A clutch hub is selectively held against rotation by a brake and selectively coupled to an input shaft by a clutch. The clutch pack for the brake is splined to the outside of the clutch hub while the clutch pack for the clutch is splined to the inside. To reduce axial length, the clutch packs are packaged radially outside of a gear set, increasing the diameter of the clutch hub. When the clutch hub is subjected to high rotational speeds, high centrifugal stresses result. These stresses are reduced by openings in the spline teeth and in the recesses between the spline teeth. Fluid flow to the outer clutch pack is controlled by openings in a clutch housing.
