摘要: A bus bar for secondary battery is provided to electrically connect a plurality of secondary batteries in high reliability. The bus bar includes a plate section which is electrically conductive, opening sections which are provided for said plate section and in which convex electrode terminals of secondary batteries are inserted, respectively; and first slit sections formed to extend ends of the plate section from said opening sections, respectively. A diameter of said opening section is smaller than a diameter of said electrode terminal such that the inserted electrode terminal is fastened.

摘要: Safety is ensured even when installed in mobile objects such as electric vehicles, deep-sea explorers, and so on. A battery module (10) provided with a plurality of battery packs (13) and a unit battery container (14) that houses these battery packs (13), wherein the unit battery container (14) includes a top-half housing (18), which is a lid, and a bottom-half housing (19) where the battery packs (13) are mounted, and wherein through-holes are formed in the bottom-half housing (19) so as to penetrate in the plate-thickness direction thereof at positions that face center portions of lower surfaces of the individual battery packs (13); branch pipes (23) are individually connected to the individual through-holes; these branch pipes (23) are connected to a single main pipe (25) that is provided with a liquid-leakage detecting sensor (24) at one end thereof; and the liquid-leakage detecting sensor (24) is connected to a liquid-leakage detecting device (27) via a signal cable (26).

摘要: The battery state-of-charge calculation device (100) is provided with a SOCV calculation unit (5) which outputs a first state of charge calculated based on voltage data, a SOCI calculation unit (6) which outputs a second state of charge calculated based on current data, an estimated impedance voltage calculation unit (12) which calculates an impedance voltage value based on an effective state of charge and the current data, a static determination unit (7) which determines that the impedance voltage value remains static for a predetermined time or longer in a range identified by a predetermined threshold value and outputs the determination result; and a SOC decision unit (20) which, based on the determination result, outputs the first state of charge as the effective state of charge where the impedance voltage value is static and outputs the second state of charge as the effective state of charge where the impedance voltage value is not static.

摘要: An abnormality prediction system for secondary batteries according to the present invention includes: a parameter value detection portion that detects parameter values each corresponding to each of a plurality of secondary batteries to determine whether all the parameter values are normal or not; and a singular state determination portion that determines, if a difference between a reference value calculated by use of all the parameter values determined to be normal by the parameter value detection portion and at least one of the parameter values is not less than a threshold value, the secondary battery corresponding to the parameter value with the difference not less than the threshold value to be in a state different from those of the other secondary batteries out of the plurality of secondary batteries.
