    摘要: A high pressure discharge lamp light source device is provided having a quartz glass discharge vessel enclosing two opposed electrodes that are spaced apart by at most 2.0 mm, each electrode having a projection formed at a tip end thereof, at least 0.20 mg/mm3 of mercury and a halogen; and a power supply device for supplying alternating current to the lamp, The power supply device is adapted to switch between a nominal electric power lighting mode and a low electric power lighting mode having a defined current value in a range of 40 to 70% of a nominal electric power consumption. In the low power mode, the power supply alternately supplies a base current in a range between 100 Hz and 5 kHz a boost current having a higher current value than that of the base current.

If the magnitude of change per unit time in the control instruction value exceeds the reference value, then the evaluation may be the same as for a case wherein a stick-slip has occurred, even if the operation is functioning properly. In contrast, it is possible to prevent incorrect stick-slip evaluations by stopping the operation of the diagnosing portion when the magnitude of change per unit time in the control instruction value exceeds a reference value.

    摘要: A PLL circuit is provided capable of reducing phase noise and facilitating design. In the PLL circuit, a PLL receives a reference frequency and an output from a VC-TCXO, performs a lock operation. In a lock state, a selector selects an output of a first divider that divides the reference frequency. When PLL detects input of reference frequency being lost or an unlock state, the PLL outputs an alarm signal to the selector. When receiving the alarm signal from the PLL, the selector switches from the output of the first divider to an output of a second divider that frequency-divides an output of the VC-TCXO, and outputs the same. Then, a PLL receives an output of the selector and an output of a VCXO and performs a lock operation.
