摘要: The present divisional multi-polar connector is free from difficulties caused by uneven end portions of the male connector housings, such as deformation of the connector, entanglement of the wire harness or the like with the connector during transportation, or damage to the terminals. In a divisional multi-polar connector in which plural kinds of male connector housings are protruded from a first frame, the front end of the first frame has recesses so that the engaging surfaces of the end portions of the male connector housings are made flush with each other. When a male connector housing is not present, a dummy housing is provided, so that all the points on the overall engaging surface of the connector are co-planar.

摘要: To provide a multi-pole connector in which projected male connectors are protected from interference from the outside, and a smooth fitting of the connectors can be achieved. In the multi-pole connector, male connectors are mounted on one frame in such a manner that the male connectors are projected from the frame, and female connectors for the male connectors are mounted on the other frame. Connector-protecting ribs are formed at a peripheral portion of the one frame, and are projected to a height equal to or higher than a height of distal ends of the male connectors, and rib reception guides for the ribs are formed on the other frame.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a housing block retaining construction which allows a release tool to be easily operated, and will not interfere with the withdrawal of a housing block. According to the present invention, there is provided that a housing block retaining construction comprises a retaining lance slanting in the insertion direction provided in an insertion opening of a housing holder, a notch in which a distal end of a release tool is engageable formed in a distal end of the retaining lance, a retaining projection for engagement with the retaining lance provided on a housing block, and a recess for allowing the release tool to pass therethrough formed in that portion of the retaining projection corresponding to the notch.

摘要: An electrical connector with a terminal locking member for doubly locking terminals in terminal accommodating cavities in which terminals are smoothly inserted into terminal accommodating cavities in a connector housing and the terminals are doubly locked with certainty. The electrical connector comprises: a housing; terminal accommodating cavities in the housing; a terminal locking member slidably attached to the housing in a preliminarily locked state and a fully locked state; terminal locking pieces formed on inner walls of the terminal accommodating cavities for locking terminals; resilient terminal supporting pieces attached to the terminal locking member for supporting the terminals; lifting projections in the terminal accommodating cavities for lifting the resilient terminal supporting pieces at the preliminarily locked stated of the terminal locking member to permit the terminals to enter the terminal accommodating cavities and to be engaged with the resilient terminal locking pieces; and guide projections formed on the inner walls of the terminal accommodating cavities for guiding the resilient terminal supporting pieces while the terminal locking member moving from the preliminarily locked state to the fully locked state and for locking the terminal at the fully locked stated of the terminal locking member.

摘要: Disclosed is an ultra multiple connector for use in connecting of a wire harness, etc., having a frame for mounting a plurality of connectors and adapted to connect the frame to a mating connector, the ultra multiple connector being capable of securing mounting of connector housing onto the frame and mounting of rear holder onto the housing. A plurality of hollows each opened upwardly and downwardly are formed on the frame, and one or more connector housing connected to a wire harness is loaded into each of the hollows. The depth of the hollow of the frame is shorter than the length of the connector housing so that a portion of the connector housing in its mounted state is exposed from the frame, and an engaging aperture is formed on a side surface of the portion of the connector housing to be exposed. A rear holder is removably mounted on an end surface of the housing and an engaging click for engaging the engaging aperture of the connector housing is formed on the rear holder.

摘要: A cover for protecting a large number of electric wires in the housing in a bolt-screwed high-density multi-pole connector having a screw bolt. The cover is plate-shaped. The cover has an engagement hole corresponding to a bolt holder having a rectangular cylinder into which the screw bolt is inserted and a handle provided at one end where the electric wires are fixed and from which they are extracted. Thus, the cover can be easily mounted on the housing. With no fear of catching or breaking of electric wires, the direction of extracting the electric wires can be optionally selected. Further, the cover can be fabricated at low cost.

摘要: Provided is a process for producing bleached pulp, including subjecting unbleached pulp, which is obtained by cooking a lignocellulose substance, to alkali-oxygen bleaching treatment and then subjecting the alkali-oxygen bleached pulp to chlorine-free bleaching treatment including chlorine dioxide treatment, wherein in at least one chlorine dioxide treatment stage in which the chlorine dioxide treatment is performed, monopersulfuric acid is used in combination. The amount of chlorine dioxide to be used is reduced and the color reversion resistance of the bleached pulp is improved by this process.
