摘要: A wireless device (100) is configured for dual mode V2X communications over multiple short range radio interfaces. The wireless device (100) is configured to transmit ITS messages over a first short range radio interface configured to operate according to a first communication standard (e.g. PC5 or IEEE 802.11p), and to receive ITS messages over both the first short range radio interface and a second short radio interface configured to operate according to a second communication standard. Implementing the transmitter chain of only one technology, either PC5 or IEEE 802.11p, at each wireless device (100) reduces complexity and mitigates co-channel and adjacent channel interference that is caused by uncoordinated and concurrent transmissions of different technologies from the same wireless device. Implementing receiver chains for both PC5 and 802.11p allows the wireless device (100) to receive signals in the ITS frequency band regardless of which technology the transmitting device is using.

摘要: A method and apparatus for providing information relating to delivery of a service from a server to a mobile device. A node in a Radio Access Network (RAN) receives from an interaction device an instruction message indicating that the mobile device is authorized to exchange service delivery information relating to delivery of the service from the server to the mobile device with the node in the RAN. The node can then exchange service delivery information with the mobile device. The interaction device need not maintain state, as it simply authorizes the mobile device to interact directly with the node in the RAN. Furthermore, signaling between the interaction device and the node in the RAN is reduced.

摘要: A method and network node for selecting a most suitable gateway for a User Equipment (UE) located in a wireless communications network. The network includes the network node and at least two gateways configured to provide packet data network connectivity to the UE located within a served cell. The network node detects a presence of a local gateway among the gateways and obtains UE information including a type of the UE. The UE type is either a stationary/fixed type or a mobile type, and the UE type is determined based on UE mobility behavior in relation to a local gateway service area. The network node selects the detected local gateway or another gateway among the at least two gateways for providing packet data network connectivity to the UE based on the determined UE type.

摘要: There is provided a method performed by a wireless device (14) that comprises radio equipment (14A) and terminal equipment (14B). The method comprises receiving connection reconfiguration signaling from a wireless communication network at the radio equipment (14A) of the wireless device (14). The connection reconfiguration signaling indicates reconfiguration of a connection that the radio equipment (14A) has with the wireless communication network. The method comprises transmitting, from the radio equipment (14A) to the terminal equipment (14B) of the wireless device (14), notification signaling (26) that notifies the terminal equipment of the reconfiguration of the connection.

摘要: A fault tolerance solution for a multi-layer cloud system. The embodiments of this disclosure are applicable to radio access network (RAN) application area as well as cloud environment with virtual machine or container-based application function implementation. In one aspect there is a method performed by a load balancing system, which method includes: receiving a request sent by a client and selecting from a first cluster of serving entities a first main serving entity and a first backup serving entity. The method also includes, as a result of receiving the request sent by the client, sending to the client information identifying the selected first main serving entity and the selected first backup serving entity.

摘要: A method performed by a network node to change a transport path for a user plane session in a radio communications network. The path prolongs along a first part between an antenna endpoint of a network node and a Packet Processing Function (PPF) instance serving the network node and a second part between the PPF instance and a Core Network (CN) endpoint. The network node identifies available CN endpoints in a CN, available PPF instances in a Radio Access Network (RAN) and of available antenna endpoints in the RAN that are available for the user plane session and comprises a number of possible transport paths for the user plane session. When detecting a change event related to the user plane session, the network node controls whether or not to change the transport path to any of the a number of possible transport paths for the user plane session.

摘要: A method is disclosed for handling connections between a wireless device (120, 130) and a first wireless network node (110), of a serving network (150) in a wireless communications network (100). The wireless device (120, 130) is connected to the first WNN (110). The wireless communications network (100) further comprises a neighbor network (160) comprising a second WNN (140). The method comprises obtaining (202) a roaming priority indication, RPI, associated with the wireless device (120, 130), indicating that the wireless device (120, 130) has a higher priority for transfer of its network connection than another WD without priority. The method comprises obtaining (204) information that the neighbor network (160) is a network to which the RPI applies, and obtaining (206) measurements related to at least one the connection between the WD (120, 130) and the first WNN (110), and a wireless communications link between the WD (120, 130) and the second WNN (140), and, based on the obtained measurements, the obtained information and the RPI, initiating (208) a transfer of the WD's (120, 130) network connection from the first WNN (110) to the second WNN (140).

摘要: A method for communication within a cooperative intelligent transport system. The method comprises receiving, in a first node, a first intelligent transport system message from another node of the cooperative intelligent transport system. In the first node, a technology status of that another node is identified. The technology status comprises information whether or not the first intelligent transport system message was transmitted configured according to a predetermined first intelligent transport system technology, and information whether or not the first intelligent transport system message comprises a dual technology indicator. The dual technology indicator is an information element identifying that the node transmitting the first intelligent transport system message is capable of communicating intelligent transport system messages according to the first intelligent transport system technology as well as according to a predetermined second technology. A corresponding node for communication within a cooperative intelligent transport system is also disclosed.
