    摘要: An air conditioner employs a refrigerating cycle in which a non-azeotropic mixture of high and low boiling coolants is sealed. The ratio between the high and low boiling coolants of the coolant mixture changes according to a change in the opening of an electric expansion valve 7. A level sensor 19 is arranged in an accumulator 17 that accumulates the liquid phase of the coolant mixture. A value detected by the level sensor is used to calculate the ratio between the high and low boiling coolants actually circulating in the refrigerating cycle. According to the opening of the valve 7 or the ratio between the actual quantities of the high and low boiling coolants, basic operation parameters such as the operation frequency of a compressor 1 are changed. This results in stabilizing and optimizing the operation of the refrigerating cycle even if a cycle temperature or pressure is changed due to a change in the ratio between the high and low boiling coolants of the coolant mixture.

    摘要: The present invention can reliably adjust the lip-sync between an video and audio at a decoder side, without making the viewer feel strangeness.In this invention, the encoded video frames to which video time-stamps VTS are attached and the encoded audio frames to which audio time-stamps ATS are attached, all received, are decoded, generating a plurality of video frames VF1 and a plurality of audio frames AF1. The video frames VF1 and audio frames AF1 are accumulated. Renderers 37 and 77 calculate the time difference resulting from a gap between the reference clock for the encoder side and the system time clock stc for the decoder side. In accordance with the time difference, the timing of outputting the plurality of video frames, one by one, on the basis of a timing of outputting the plurality of audio frames, one by one. Hence, the lip-sync can be achieved, while maintaining the continuity of the audio.

A steam turbine plant includes a boiler, a steam turbine, a feedwater system, and a superheating combustor. The feedwater system recovers the steam exhausted from the steam turbine and supplies the steam to the boiler as a feedwater. The superheating combustor is provided between the boiler and the steam turbine, wherein fuel originated from hydrocarbon fuel and oxidizer are mixed with the steam generated in the boiler and combusted in the superheating combustor to increase the temperature of the steam.
