    摘要: A chip resistor having configuration and dimensions of high precision and capable of operating with high reliability. The chip resistor includes end electrodes deposited on both side end surfaces of an insulating substrate according to a thin film deposition technique and integrally formed into a substantially C-shape so as to continuously and thoroughly cover the side end surfaces of the substrate. A resistance element may be formed according to either a thick film deposition technique or a thin film deposition technique. Also, a method for manufacturing such a chip resistor is provided.

    摘要: In a production system in which a plurality of production rules are partitioned into a plurality of clusters for processing to effect cluster control, control expression elements, each describing an instruction for specifying a cluster to be invoked next for execution or an instruction for other flow control, are arranged in the order of execution to provide a control expression part separate from the clusters for processing. An instruction for a return to the control expression part is described in an action part of an appropriate production rule in a cluster, in place of the cluster specifying instruction, so that sequential invocation of clusters can be performed following the instructions described in the control expression part, thereby making it unnecessary to give a description for specifying the name of a cluster to be invoked next for execution in the action part of each production rule.

    摘要: A component incorporation and liquid filling device of a liquid filled vibration isolating mount uses a relatively small liquid bath disposed above a fixedly held, upwardly facing body component, and when moved downwardly, an opening portion provided on a bottom portion thereof is assembled in a sealed state. Liquid supplied onto the bottom portion flows into the body component and is stored on the top of the bottom portion. Components are assembled to the body component in the liquid, and the liquid contained. The seal member is fitted to the opening portion by screwing means from the lower surface side. A notch for a screwing operation is provided on the upper surface of an outer circumferential body of the seal member whereby the screwing operation can be implemented from the upper surface side, thereby facilitating replacement of the seal member.
