摘要: A hydraulic control apparatus of an automatic transmission. The hydraulic control apparatus of the automatic transmission has a hydraulic servo for controlling an engaging state of a clutch C-1 on the basis of supplied oil pressure, a linear solenoid valve for C-1 for outputting signal pressure by adjusting the oil pressure, a control valve for outputting control pressure provided by adjusting line pressure PL on the basis of the signal pressure of the linear solenoid valve for C-1, and a C-1 apply relay valve for inputting, selectively switching and outputting the control pressure and the line pressure PL to the hydraulic servo. An orifice for regulating the flow rate of the oil is arranged in an oil path g for inputting the line pressure PL to this C-1 apply relay valve.

摘要: A vehicle power transmission device including an accumulation portion which accumulates lubricating oil, a pressure pump driven to pump the lubricating oil accumulated in the accumulation portion to the transmission as hydraulic oil, a scooping gear which scoops up the lubricating oil accumulated in the accumulation portion while rotating, a reception and guide portion receiving the lubricating oil scooped up by the scooping gear and guiding it to a predetermined lubrication target, and a leaked hydraulic oil guide portion guiding leaked hydraulic oil, leaked when the hydraulic oil is pumped from the pressure pump, to the reception and guide portion.

摘要: An oil film is formed between side faces of a pump gear and side faces of a pump casing to thereby reduce wear and reduce sliding resistance. To form the oil film predetermined numbers of recesses are provided in both side faces of a drive gear and in both side faces of a driven gear of the gear pump. The recesses serve to hold oil. The oil held in the recesses oozes out to between the opposing and contacting side faces to thereby form the oil films therebetween.

摘要: An oil pump includes a pump cover covering a recess in a side face of a pump body to form a gear compartment therebetween. A drive gear and a rotatably driven gear are meshed and mounted in the gear compartment. Working spaces R are formed by the engagement of the meshed gear teeth. Discharge ports are formed in both the pump body and the pump cover in communication with the gear compartment. A notch is formed in the pump body at the bottom of the gear compartment and extends from the front end of the discharge port in the pump body to the rear end of a discharge area for the working spaces. Another notch is formed in the inner side face of the pump cover, and extends from the front end of the discharge port in the cover to the rear end of the discharge area.

摘要: A vehicle control apparatus includes a vehicle drive device having a friction engagement element capable of being engaged and disengaged by an oil pressure generated by an electric oil pump, a start operation detecting unit that detects a start operation of the vehicle, a vehicle status change detecting unit that detects a status change of the vehicle, an electric oil pump control unit that controls the electric oil pump, and a management unit that is connected between the vehicle status change detecting unit and the electric oil pump control unit in a manner capable of transmitting data. The management unit transmits a wakeup signal to the electric oil pump control unit when a status change of the vehicle is detected, and when the wakeup signal is received prior to detection of the start operation, the electric oil pump control unit starts the electric oil pump in response to the wakeup signal.
