    摘要: An entire outer periphery of an axially central portion of an inner cylindrical member is expanded outwardly to define an expanding portion having a spherical configuration of which a center locates about an axial line of the inner cylindrical member. A cylindrical internal ring is disposed in about the middle between an outer cylindrical member and the inner cylindrical member coaxially and an axially central portion of the internal ring bends in conformity with the expanding portion of the inner cylindrical member. By virtue of the expanding portion and internal ring, the rigidity in the directions perpendicular to the axial direction increases. A first vibration-damping rubber member and a second vibration-damping rubber member are formed between the internal ring and the inner cylindrical member and between the internal ring and the outer cylindrical member, respectively, and annular recesses are formed in both axial end portions of the first and second vibration-damping rubber member, respectively, such that an inner end of each annular recess locates inwardly of an end edge of the expanding portion, thus decreasing the torsional rigidity.

    摘要: A bushing for a vehicle suspension comprises an inner tube, an outer tube coaxially surrounding the inner tube, and a vibration isolating rubber filled between and integrally bonded to the inner and outer tubes. The inner tube has, on a part of its outer periphery, a hump portion projecting radially in a fan shape, which has an inclined surface. The outer tube has a tapered portion at one end, which is substantially identical in angle of inclination with the inclined surface of the inner tube hump portion and faces the inclined surface. A plurality of arcuate hollow portions are provided in the vibration isolating rubber to raise the compliance characteristic of the bushing in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and thereby improve the riding comfort. Both the riding comfort and the steering stability are thereby improved.

    摘要: A cylindrical rubber elastic member for having a stabilizer bar inserted therein comprises an inner layer rubber with high sliding properties and an outer layer rubber provided outside of the inner layer rubber. Both the stability in operation and the riding comfort can be improved. Further, the rubber elastic member comprises a sliding surface made of a rubber with high sliding properties at the end face thereof. Frictional resistance can be lowered to prevent abnormal noise. A stabilizer bushing comprising a main body rubber portion of a sulfur-vulcanizable first rubber compound and a sliding rubber portion of a second rubber compound containing a sulfur-vulcanizable lubricant on the inner surface of the main body rubber portion, wherein the first rubber compound exhibits vulcanizability satisfying: t90−t50 ≧1.5 min and contains a crosslinking tackifier, t90 is a time to 90% vulcanization, t50 is a time to 50% vulcanization, and the vulcanizability is measured by a curastometer in accordance with JIS K 6300.

    摘要: A cylindrical vibration damping bushing is provided which has an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder coaxially disposed within the outer cylinder, and having a radially outwardly expanded portion in its axially central portion, a pair of vibration damping rubber members press-fitted between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder from both ends of the outer cylinder, and a pair of inserts, each being made of a resin material having good slidability and embedded in an inside end portion of each vibration damping rubber member so that an inside end surface thereof abut on each other. Each insert has a concave surface having a configuration conforming to that of the spherical outer surface of the expanded portion of the inner cylinder to enable the inserts to be slid on the spherical outer surface of the expanded portion. Each vibration damping rubber member has a seal portion in an outside end portion thereof, which is in air tight contact with the inner cylinder for retaining a lubricant between the concave surface of each insert and the spherical outer surface of the inner cylinder whereby the outer cylinder can be freely rotated about and twistingly rocked on the spherical outer surface of the inner cylinder with a simple construction and reduced production costs.

    摘要: A cylindrical damping bushing for securing a rod-shaped vibrating body to a base. The bushing includes a cylindrical vibration-damping rubber body having an inner bore through which the vibrating body is inserted. An upper side surface thereof comes into contact with the base while the remaining outer side surface thereof is retained by a bracket which is secured to the base. First and second insert members, each having a rigidity greater than that of rubber, are respectively embedded in the axially central portion of the rubber body, except for both axial end portions thereof, in symmetric relation with each other with respect to the inner bore of the rubber body. The first insert member has a flat upper surface and an arc-shaped lower surface. The flat upper surface of the first insert member is flush with the upper side surface of the rubber body while the arc-shaped lower surface thereof is close to the inner bore within a predetermined interval. The second insert member has a sheet-like configuration of an arc-shaped cross section. The lower surface of the second insert member is flush with the lower side surface of the rubber body while the upper surface thereof is close to the inner bore within a predetermined interval.

    摘要: A bushing has a cylindrical retaining member and an inner cylinder having an expanded portion which radially outwardly expands at its axially central portion to define a spherical outer surface. A pair of ring-shaped inserts, each having a concave inner surface, are slidably disposed in contact with the spherical outer surface of the expanded portion. A pair of outer cylinders are press-fitted into the retaining member from open ends thereof. An inside end surface of each outer cylinder abuts on an outside surface of each insert, thereby pushing each insert toward the expanded portion of the inner cylinder. A pair of cylindrical sealing members are disposed between the outer cylinders and the inner cylinder for providing a seal therebetween. An inside edge of the outer surface of each sealing member is bonded to the inner surface of each outer cylinder, and an outside edge of the inner surface of each sealing member is in sealing engagement with the outer surface of the inner cylinder.

The cave is formed so that a horizontal head of a T-shaped clip is inserted into a space provided at the side of a bottom surface portion.
