摘要: Manufacturing systems that employ intelligent sensing and methods for processing workpieces using such manufacturing systems, including methods of batch processing workpieces. The manufacturing systems may include a holding device to receive work order documents, where each work order document includes an identification tag, and each work order document corresponds with a specific manufacturing step. A scanner may be proximate to the holding device and associated with a workstation, where the scanner is configured to detect the identification tag of the work order documents held by the holding device. A control system may interpret the detected identification tag, identify the work order document associated with the interpreted identification tag, identify the specific manufacturing step corresponding with the identified work order document, and generate an output that includes an instruction for carrying out the manufacturing step at the workstation.

摘要: An inventory management system includes an RFID reader, a multiplexing device operably connected to the RFID reader, and a plurality of shelving units. Each shelving unit has an outer boundary defined at least in part by RF blocking material. The inventory management system additionally includes a plurality of shelf antennas multiplexed to the RFID reader via the multiplexing device. At least one shelf antenna is routed within each shelving unit and tuned such that only RFID tags within the outer boundary of the shelving unit respond to an interrogation signal.

摘要: Predictive analysis of complex datasets and systems and methods including the same are disclosed herein. The methods include analyzing airborne particle count data from a cleanroom environment to predict a particle count fault condition within the cleanroom environment. The methods further include generating an airborne particle count data repository that includes particle counts within the cleanroom environment, analyzing the airborne particle count data to calculate a difference between a first rate of change and a second rate of change, and predicting the particle count fault condition responsive to the difference between the first rate of change and the second rate of change being outside a predetermined threshold range difference. The systems include computer readable storage media including computer-executable instructions that, when executed, direct a data analysis system to perform the methods. The systems also include a distributed cleanroom particle count monitoring system including a plurality of detection nodes.

摘要: Systems and methods for guiding autonomous vehicles by monitoring the entire planned path and sending alert messages to a vehicle management system for delays, reroute, or emergency stop to avoid collision with an obstruction. The system initiates alternative paths when the primary path is blocked and is capable of reporting a vehicle identifier and the current positions of the vehicle and any obstruction along the planned path of the autonomous vehicle.
