    摘要: The invention relates to a holding brake for track-bound motor vehicles (1) with the holding brake being realized by means of at least one electric machine (2) which has a rotor and a stator. A control system for the electric machine is hereby provided to so control the operation of the electric machine (2) that the position of the rotor in the stator remains constant when exposed to an external torque. In other words, the electric motor (2) is used as holding brake instead of a pneumatic holding brake. In this way, the holding brake is advantageously not subject to any wear since the holding forces are produced magnetically and not by mechanical forces. In addition, no noise is generated by the use of the holding brake according to the invention. Furthermore, a starting jolt is prevented, when the electric motor (2) used as a holding brake is also used as a drive motor.

    摘要: A traction drive, in particular for rail cars, includes a permanent-excited synchronous motor, a traction converter with a pulsed inverter for powering the motor, and ohmic brake resistors. Cross-over switches are connected with a corresponding input terminal of the motor and can switch the input terminal between a corresponding output terminal of the pulsed inverter (for travel) and a terminal of a corresponding brake resistor (for braking). The brake resistors are electrically connected in a star configuration. The traction drive can operate with different supply voltages. There is no longer a need for a mechanical brake, and flat spots on the wheels can be prevented.

    摘要: The invention relates to a PM rotor having radial cooling slots and to a corresponding method of production. The aim of the invention is to provide a structurally simple rotor which has a high degree of efficiency. According to the invention, the rotor consists a plurality of partial laminated stacks (20) that are interspaced in the axial direction at a defined distance, thereby defining radial cooling slots (22). Permanent magnets (24) are arranged in every partial laminated stack (20) in inner pockets (23). The dimensions of every permanent magnet (24) in the axial direction does not or only insignificantly exceed the axial dimensions of the respective partial laminated stack (20). During assembly, the permanent magnets (24) can be axially pushed through the inner pockets (23) to the respective partial laminated stack (20). The invention allows to provide a rotor comprising radial cooling slots and inner permanent magnets which has a very high degree of efficiency.
