    摘要： Integrated microsystem comprising electrical and nonelectrical, particularly optical functions in a laser system, wherein a base comprising anisotropically etchable semiconducting material on which etching structures for receiving optical and/or electro-optical and electrical/electronic and/or fluidic and/or mechanical elements or their mountings are arranged in predetermined distances and/or levels, as well as integrated switching circuits, and that at least a part of the optical, electro-optical or mechanical elements or their mounting is controllable and movable electrically in such a way that its position relative to the base is actively changeable, and that at least one sensor is provided which determines the effect of the position change on the function of at least a part of a microsystem and supplies a signal for repeated readjustment (self-adjusting) of optical elements and their mounting.

    摘要： A system for the laser beam deflection for optical measuring systems includes an optical element for the deflection of an incident laser beam and a driving unit for generating a rotational movement between the optical element and the incident laser beam in order to deflect the laser beam in different successive directions. The optical element includes at least two segments for the deflection of the incident laser beam by one fixed deflection angle respectively. During the rotational movement, the laser beam successively impinges on the different segments. The optical element has a disk-shaped or ring-shaped design, and the segments are wedge-shaped with inclined surfaces. In the case of a method for the laser beam deflection, a laser beam impinging in an offset manner with respect to the axis of rotation is deflected during a time period by each segment into precisely one defined direction.

    摘要： Thienothiazine derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is lower alkyl; R.sub.2 is an unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic radical which contains from 1 to 4 hetero atoms or one which is substituted by one or two lower alkyl groups, or is an unsubstituted phenyl radical or one substituted by halogen, hydroxy, lower alkyl, nitro, trifluoromethyl or lower alkoxy; and R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, independently, are hydrogen or lower alkyl,prepared inter alia, from novel intermediates, are described. The end products are useful as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-rheumatic agents.

The thienothiazine derivatives provided by this invention have anti-flammatory, analgesic and antirheumatic activity.
