The rerouting roller is perforated and air or another fluid medium is passed through the belt at the rerouting roller to reduce adhesion forces between the belt and the web and lift the web from the belt without damage to the belt.

    摘要： An apparatus for producing spun-bond fleece has the process shaft connected to a source of process air and opening into a depositions shaft centrally thereof and flanked by streams of air bypassing the process shaft. The result is a random jumbling of the fibers as they deposit on the moving belt such that a uniform filament density and homogeneous mesh width are obtained without singularities and without conglomeration of the filaments in the shafts.

    摘要： A method of conveying and treating a web, wherein the web is first conveyed over a transport surface and then over a rotating transfer roller at the end of the transport surface. The web is transferred from the transfer roller to a treatment roller at a spacing from the transfer roller. The conveying of the web is performed with the proviso and particularly a spacing a between the transfer roller and the treatment roller is set such that the web wraps around the treatment roller over a wrap angle α from 15° to 90°.

    摘要： A method and associated apparatus for melt extruding a nonwoven web includes providing a plurality of fibers from an extrusion device. The fibers are conveyed through a diverging profile portion of a fiber drawing unit (FDU) that causes the fibers to spread and expand in the machine direction within the FDU. The fibers are then conveyed through a diverging diffusion chamber spaced from the outlet of the FDU to reduce the velocity of the fibers and further spread the fibers in the machine direction. The fibers may be subjected to an applied electrostatic charge in either the diffusion chamber or the FDU. From the outlet of the diffusion chamber, the fibers are laid onto a forming surface as a nonwoven web.

    摘要： Nonwoven spun-bond is produced by a stationary pressure apparatus in which the shaft below the spinneret has an inlet section followed by the downwardly converging intermediate section, a drawing section and a diffuser opening above the collecting belt through which air is drawn by a suction device. The process air velocity profile has an intersection point with the drawing value at the intermediate section and the distance between the intersection point and the spinneret is smaller than the distance between the intersection point and the bottom end of the drawing section.
