    摘要: An improved structure of a solid oxide electrolyte fuel cell (SOFC) is disclosed. A generating layer in the SOFC consists of three layers of a fuel electrode, an oxide layer and an oxygen electrode, and is shaped into a dimpled structure having recessed portions on its both surfaces. Protruded portions on the side of the fuel electrode are electrically bonded with an interconnector layer via a first conductive adhesive, while protruded portions on the side of the oxygen electrode of another generating layer are electrically bonded with the same interconnector layer via a second conductive adhesive. A plurality of generating layers and a plurality of interconnector layers are alternately stacked and they are electrically bonded in the above-described manner. Preferably the first conductive adhesive is made of material common to the fuel electrode and the second conductive adhesive is made of material common to the oxygen electrode. Owing to the improved structure, occurrence of lateral flows of electrons in the interconnector layers having a large resistance can be suppressed, hence an electrical resistance can be reduced, and also amounts of materials of the oxygen electrode and the fuel electrode can be made small.

    摘要: The invention relates to a solid oxide electrolyte fuel cell (SOFC) which can be used as a cell for water electrolysis, CO.sub.2 electrolysis and other electrolyses, as well as for power generation. In a SOFC in which both surfaces of a power generation film comprising three layers of a fuel electrode, a solid electrolyte, and an oxygen electrode are formed with a number of dimples, the thickness of a yttria-stabilized zirconia film that constitutes the solid electrolyte is 5 to 100 .mu.m, and the thickness of an oxygen electrode material that constitutes the oxygen electrode which is provided on one side of the yttria-stabilized zirconia film is 200 to 2,000 .mu.m. As a result, the power generation performance can be greatly improved and a sufficiently strong oxygen electrode material prevents a thin yttria-stabilized zirconia film from being damaged in manual operations.

    摘要: A low-pressure pump supplies oil stored in a steering case to a steering device as lubricating oil via a steering lubricating circuit. A high-pressure pump supplies the oil stored in the steering case to a clutch via a high-pressure circuit. A transmission lubricating circuit branches off from the high-pressure circuit via a relief valve and supplies lubricating oil to a transmission device. A transmission-lubricating assist circuit is provided so as to branch off from the steering lubricating circuit and is connected to the transmission lubricating circuit. A transmission case stores the oil used to lubricate the transmission device. A scavenging pump returns the oil stored in the transmission case to the steering device.

    摘要: A first microphone device according to the present invention comprises a pair of directional microphones with high directivity in a sound collecting direction, a pair of nondirectional microphones with low directivity in the sound collecting direction, and a casing accommodating the pair of directional microphones and the pair of nondirectional microphones. The pair of nondirectional microphones is arranged so that sound collecting directions thereof are outward from both side surface walls of the casing, while the pair of directional microphones is arranged so that sound collecting directions thereof are outward from a front surface wall of the casing and intersect each other in vicinity of the front surface wall.     摘要: A synchronous rectifier circuit (DC-DC converter) includes a CR integration circuit and a discharge circuit. The CR integration circuit outputs a voltage that varies at delayed timing as compared with a voltage induced in a secondary-side main winding. The discharge circuit discharges a gate voltage of a rectifier transistor as a result of conduction of a discharge transistor in response to the output voltage from the CR integration circuit. According to such a configuration, the rectifier transistor is turned off earlier than the timing of switching of polarity of voltages induced in the secondary-side main winding and a secondary-side auxiliary winding in response to turn-on of a primary-side transistor.
