摘要： A sodium-based dechlorinating agent is added to a flue gas; hydrogen chloride contained in this flue gas is removed as residue of dechlorination; the thus removed residue of dechlorination is dissolved by adding water; water-insoluble constituents are separated from the resulting aqueous solution; and after adjusting pH of the aqueous solution remaining after separation of the water-insoluble constituents, mercury, dioxin, and the like are removed and discharged. The sodium-based dechlorinating agent is mixed with a hydrophilic anti-caking agent, with an angle of repose of 40° or more, a dispersibility of less than 50, and a floodability index value of less than 90. This permits inhibition of occurrence of a pressure drop and leakage in the filter cloth of the dust collector.

A mean particle diameter of sodium hydrogencarbonate is set within a range of from 2 &mgr;m to 30 &mgr;m. The hydrophilic anti-caking agent comprises silica, and is contained in an amount of 0.1 mass % or more in the sodium-based dechlorinating agent. Further, a mean particle diameter of the hydrophilic anti-caking agent is set within a range of from 0.001 &mgr;m to 1 &mgr;m. This permits inhibition of occurrence of a pressure drop and leakage in the filter cloth of the dust collector.

摘要： A viewpoint setting apparatus for setting a viewpoint, provided by a three-dimensional model, on a display monitor in a computer graphics system which includes: a model information database for storing three-dimensional model information including model coordinates and physical attributes thereof; a viewpoint locus database for storing viewpoint information including locus data produced when the viewpoint moves on the display monitor; a field of view conversion matrix database for storing a three-dimensional conversion matrix in order to change a field of view from the viewpoint; a motion calculation unit for receiving the model information and the viewpoint information, calculating the motion of the model caused by a change of the field of view based on change of the viewpoint which is caused by physical forces applied to the model having the viewpoint, and sequentially updating the field of view conversion matrix database in accordance with change of the field of view calculated; a drawing processing unit for receiving the result of the calculation of the field of view conversion matrix from the motion calculation unit, and drawing the three-dimensional model on the display monitor based on new field of view calculated by the motion calculation unit; and an input unit for outputting a view-parameter which adjusts the motion of the model so as to conform to the actual viewpoint of a user.

摘要： A communication device transmits voice and facsimile signals in the same channel between a terminal device and a packet network. The communication device has an echo canceler and a jitter buffer. The jitter buffer has a delay recovery control function that selectively deletes data from the jitter buffer to recover from packet delays. After detecting a facsimile tone, the communication device waits to detect a certain interval of silence, then deactivates its echo canceler and delay recovery control function and switches into facsimile communication mode. If a certain interval of silence is detected during the facsimile transmission, the communication device reactivates its echo canceler and delay recovery control function and continues communicating in voice mode if the line is left connected.

The apparatus further weights, using pre-determined rate, on the allocation to the searcher of searcher instance referenced by others. The apparatus displays the calculated incentive allocation on a terminal 2d of the solver “d”.
