摘要: A swash plate type variable displacement compressor includes a cylinder block defining a cylinder bore. A housing is fixed to the cylinder block and defines a crank chamber. A drive shaft is rotatably supported by the housing and the cylinder block. A swash plate is supported by the drive shaft in the crank chamber and is inclinable with respect to the axis of the drive shaft. A piston is accommodated in the cylinder bore so as to define a compression chamber in the cylinder bore and is coupled to the swash plate. A control mechanism includes a bleed passage for controlling the pressure in the crank chamber. The compressor is formed such that lubricating oil in the crank chamber is discharged into at least one of the suction chamber, the discharge chamber and the compression chamber while the inclination angle of the swash plate is substantially a maximum inclination angle.

摘要: A compressor includes a compression chamber, a discharge chamber, a discharge port forming member and a discharge valve The compression chamber is formed in a cylinder block and in the compression chamber a refrigerant is compressed. The discharge chamber is formed in a cylinder housing which is fixed to the cylinder block. The refrigerant in the compression chamber is flowed into the discharge chamber. The discharge port interconnects the compression chamber and the discharge chamber. The discharge valve opens and closes the discharge port, and has a valve member and an arm member. The valve member faces to the discharge port for opening and closing the discharge port. The arm member urges the valve member toward the discharge port. The arm member and the valve member are integrally joined with each other.

摘要: A piston compressor includes a rotary valve having a suction guide hole. A plurality of introducing passages are formed in a cylinder block to connect compression chambers to the rotary valve. The inner circumferential surface of each cylinder bore has a suction auxiliary recess, which is connected to the outlet of the corresponding introducing passage in the circumferential direction of the cylinder bore at the end of the cylinder bore facing a valve assembly. Therefore, the compressor reduces suction resistance of gas at the beginning of the suction stroke without enlarging introducing passages formed in the cylinder block.

摘要: In a piston type compressor, a piston is respectively accommodated in a plurality of cylinder bores arranged around a rotary shaft. A rotary valve has a suction guiding passage for introducing gas from a suction pressure region into a compression chamber when in communication therebetween. A suction timing control passage is formed in the rotary valve and is constantly in communication with the suction pressure region at first end, the suction timing control passage precedes the suction guiding passage communicating with the compression chamber at second end. A suction timing control valve is arranged in the control passage, having a valve body which opens and closes the control passage in response to difference between force resulting from pressure on a side of the suction pressure region to open the valve body and force resulting from pressure on a side of the compression chamber to close the valve body.

摘要: A supply passage is formed in a rotary shaft along the axis thereof. An expansion passage is formed in the rotary shaft in such a way as to be led to the supply passage. A pair of fluid passages are formed in the rotary shaft in such a way as to communicate with the expansion passage. The fluid passages extend in a direction orthogonal to the axis and the outlet ports of the fluid passages are open to the outer surface of the rotary shaft. The fluid passages extend from the expansion passage to a control pressure chamber, penetrating through the rotary shaft.

摘要: It is suppressed that a whisker occurs on a lead for external connection. A lead for external connection is formed of the alloy (42Alloy) of Fe and Ni, and a plating film which includes alloy of Sn and Cu is formed on the surface. Next, using a heat-treat furnace, the heat treatment at the temperature beyond melting-point T0 of the plating film is performed, and the plating film is melted. At this time, the temperature beyond T0 is held for 20 seconds or more. The grain boundary of the plating film can be vanished by the above-mentioned heat treatment. Hereby, the internal stress of the plating film can be eased, and the generation of the whisker can be suppressed.
