    摘要: The present invention provides a ceramide dispersion which includes (1) ceramide-containing particles which contains a ceramide, which are dispersed in an aqueous phase as an oil-phase component, and which have a volume average particle diameter from 1 nm to 100 nm; and (2) a fatty acid component which is at least one of a fatty acid having a melting temperature not higher than 30° C. or a fatty acid salt; the amount of nonionic surfactant being 0 or not more than 0.1 times the total mass of the ceramide; the amount of an ionic surfactant other than the fatty acid component being 0 or less than 0.05 times the total mass of the ceramide; and the pH being from 6 to 8.

    摘要: Image-receiving sheets for electrophotography are provided, which are excellent in anti-curling property and anti-cracking property of the image surface thereof and which can be easily produced. The image-receiving sheets include a base paper and a toner image-receiving layer made of a thermoplastic resin on at least one surface of the base paper. The toner image-receiving layer contains less than 40% by mass of a pigment, based on the thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin infiltrates into a depth of 1 to 50% of the thickness of the base paper from the surface of the base paper at the toner image-receiving layer side.

    摘要: A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having provided thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the photographic material contains a compound having a dye portion in which the maximum absorption wavelength is shifted by a bond that is cleaved upon reaction with an oxidation product of a developing agent and is capable of forming a diffusion resistant compound having a dye portion possessing the maximum absorption wavelength which is not shifted as a result of the reaction with an oxidation product of a developing agent.By the use of the compound which permits a large degree of freedom with respect to selection of the dye for forming a color image according to the present invention, the color photographic material has an excellent image quality, and a good fastness of image or a high sensitivity.
