摘要: A hydraulic control device controls a hydraulic pressure in an engagement side oil chamber defined on one side of a piston that configures a hydraulic clutch, and a hydraulic pressure in a back-pressure side oil chamber defined on the other side of the piston. The hydraulic control device includes a line pressure generating valve that generates a line pressure by adjusting a hydraulic pressure from an oil pump; a secondary pressure generating valve that generates a secondary pressure, which is a hydraulic pressure supplied to the back-pressure side oil chamber, by adjusting a hydraulic pressure from the line pressure generating valve so as to be lower than the line pressure; and a clutch engagement pressure generating valve that generates a clutch engagement pressure, which is a hydraulic pressure supplied to the engagement side oil chamber, by adjusting the line pressure from the line pressure generating valve.

摘要: A power transmission device that transmits power from a motor to a wheel via a hydraulically driven friction engagement element and that includes a mechanical pump driven by the motor to produce a hydraulic pressure that is regulated by a pressure regulating valve; an electric pump that produces a hydraulic pressure; a switching mechanism that either switches an output pressure of the regulating valve or an output pressure of the electric pump to a servo of the engagement element based upon a signal pressure; a passage to supply pressure from the mechanical pump to the hydraulic servo; a check valve in the passage that allows supply of the pressure from the mechanical pump to the hydraulic servo and prohibits supply of the pressure from the electric pump to the mechanical pump, and the switching mechanism either shuts off or allows communication through the passage based upon the signal pressure.

摘要: A hydraulic pressure control device including a valve for generating a circulating pressure to a hydraulic power transmission chamber in which power is transmitted between an input- and output side of a hydraulic power transmission element via hydraulic oil; and a valve for generating a lock-up pressure supplied to a lock-up chamber that faces the hydraulic power transmission chamber with a lock-up piston included in a lock-up clutch interposed therebetween. The hydraulic pressure control device controls the hydraulic pressures in the hydraulic power transmission chamber and in the lock-up chamber; and the circulating pressure valve has a spool to which the circulating pressure is applied as a feedback pressure and another hydraulic pressure is applied when the lock-up clutch is engaged/disengaged, and a spring urges the spool, and sets the circulating pressure to a constant first pressure when the lock-up clutch is disengaged and to a constant second different pressure when the lock-up clutch is engaged, depending on forces to the spool by the feedback pressure and on the spring.

摘要: A power transmission apparatus mounted on a vehicle is provided with a motor that transmits power from the motor to an axle through a friction engagement element. The power transmission apparatus is further configured with a mechanical pump that pressure-feeds a fluid to a fluid pressure servo for the friction engagement element, and an electric pump that pressure-feeds the fluid to the fluid pressure servo of the friction engagement element. Furthermore, a lubrication supply passage is configured to connect to a flow passage extending from the electric pump to the fluid pressure servo. A first valve switches between opening and closing the lubrication supply passage such that, during a stop of the motor, so as to supply the fluid to the fluid pressure servo when in a driving position, and to the component to be lubricated when shifted to a neutral position.
